My favorite sport is running which have many fabulous benefits
to us. And now I will tell you the reasons why like it.
To begin with, you can run with no equipments whenever you want.
Consequently, it's convinent do it. What's more, running usualy will
improve our health. Last but not least. you will be engaged in
sports when running, which makes us feel delighted.
In conclusion, I'll keep running in my spare time, and introduce more
good points about running to my friends.

No one can deny my heartfelt love for running. I have been
kept this sport for two years. There are some reasons for doing it.
First and foremost, I think of running as a great sport, which is
not only simple to do but also helpful for keeping healthy. As
a l7-year-old student due to a lot of work to do every day,
I have no better choices but to start to run in our school gym
after school. What's more, I make some new friends through it.
All in all, running is my favorite sport. I will continue to do it.

My Favorite Sport
As a poplular saying goes, "Life is aimed to sport". There are many advantages of sports. My favorite sport is running. In my opinion, running is the most easy sport, which needs nothing.
The reason why I like running is that it's indeed easy and coninent. You can run anywhere at any time. It isn't limited to anything. What's more important, it makes us relaxed. Especially, it can make our life become more productive. Last but not least, running can improve our mental health and physical health(improve our health mentally and physically ). Let's do it toggher.

When people talk about sports, they usually say, "I dislike them at all." As for me, I can say proudly,"I like running very much!
For one thing, running is good for our physical health. As the research shows that a man who keeps running every day can live longer than others. What's more, it's the best way to keep me slim. For another thing, it is also good for mental health. When I am down, and want to make myself happy, then I will start to run to reduce the sadness. It is really helpful.
Running makes me happy, and makes me have a good body. Let's run together!
