1. Background, address and marketing effect
（1）項目背景。大營距雁門關僅12公裡，是古邊關防衛體系的重要組成部分，也是中原農耕民族與北方遊牧民族長期碰撞、交融的軍事重鎮。大營不僅在軍事上處於大本營地位，也是民族傳統文化、邊塞軍事文化和佛教淨土文化的大本營，積澱了非常厚重的文化內涵。大營溫泉旅遊度假區，位於山西省原平市沿溝鄉，西枕北嶽恆山，東倚滹沱河水，處於五臺山、雁門關、蘆芽山重要景區的中心位置和交匯地帶，且交通十分便利，大運高速公路，108國道，京原鐵路三條交通主幹線從溫泉腹地南北穿越，大運高速公路在大營專留出口，並與108國道東西貫通，大西高鐵大營站距景區僅1.5公裡。大營溫泉旅遊度假區內有十分豐厚的歷史文化遺蹟，北面有大芳關帝廟、邵家寨魏徵廟、白仁巖禪寺等文物遺存，東面有三班古墓、三班故裡班政鋪和線娘娘故裡以及清安古堡遺址和八路軍夜襲日寇飛機場遺址，南面有唐昌新石器文化遺址、明代戶部尚書梁璟墓，中部還有徐永昌故裡、徐永昌家墓等。尤其是淨土祖庭樓煩寺，作為慧遠大師的出生落髮演教聖地，名聲遠播。近年來，在五臺山佛教協會會長妙江大和尚的支持下，投入巨資開始了樓煩寺的新一輪修復，已初見規模。

Daying is only 12 kilometers from Yanmen and is a major constitute in the defense system in ancient frontier and is an important town for long-term collision and integration between tillage nationality in central China and northern nomadic people. Daying takes a citadel role militarily, it is also a citadel for traditional national culture, frontline military culture and Buddhism culture with profound cultural connotation. Daying Hot Spring Resort is located in Yangou village, Yuanping city, Shanxi Province with Hengshan Mountain to its west and Hutuo River to its east. It is in the central area and intersection of Mountain Wutai, Yan Men Guan and Mountain Luya. It is convenient in traffic. Three major traffic lines namely Da Yun Expressway, 108 national roads and Jing Yuan Railway run through its interior from the south to the north. Da Yun Expressway has exist in Daying and is connected to 108 national road. Daying stop of Da Xi Railway is only 1.5 kilometers from the scenic spot. It has ample historic and cultural relics with such relics as Dafang Temple of Guan Yun, Temple of Wei Zheng in Shaojiazhai, Bai Renyan Zen Temple lying in the north, San Ban ancient tomb, San Ban abode, abode of Goddess Line, ruins of QIngan ancient castle and ruins of airport, a place of Eight Route Army’s raid to the Japanese energy at night in the east, cultural relics of Neolithic culture, tomb of Liang Jing, a minister in Ming Dynasty in the east, and abode of Xu Yongchang and tomb of Xu Yongchang in the middle. Ancestral Temple, a holy land where Master Hui Yuan was born and became a monk, carried fame far and wide. In recent years, under the support of Monk Miao Jiang, president of Mountain Wutai Buddhism Society, it has input big to begin a new round of renovation. Initial scale has been demonstrated.

（3）市場作用。大營溫泉泉水無色透明，富含偏矽酸、鍶、氟、鋰以及氡、溴、鉬、鋅等多種對人體有益的微量元素。被譽為礦泉之精的氡、鍶元素含量居全國溫泉之首。經檢驗，大營溫泉微生物指標、汙染指標均未超標，是理想的飲用礦泉水。所以，大營溫泉無論洗浴、飲用，都可使人體健身爽，祛病防病。該項目建成後將成為忻州旅遊的集散中心，原平經濟發展的朝陽產業，生態農業旅遊觀光目的地，京津市民康體健身大本營。
(3) Marketing effect. Hot spring in Daying shows transparent water that contains many beneficial microelements covering metaslicic acid, strontiam, fluorine, lithium, radon, bromine, molybdenum and zinc. It is deemed as top hot spring in China rich in radon and strontiam. Upon inspection, its microbiological indicator and pollution indexes both meet the requirement. It is ideal drinking water. So Daying hot spring can prevent disease both in washing and in drinking. Upon completion, it will become a distributing center for travel in Xinzhou, a sunrise industry for economic development in Yuanping, a tour-seeing destination for ecological agriculture and a campsite for body-building for residents from Beijing and Tianjin.
2.項目建設內容及規模
2. Building content and scale
開發打造旅遊度假區、生態農業體驗、晉北文化展示展覽、農業科技展示、生態溼地公園、水上遊樂、國家級跳水、遊泳訓練基地、種養殖、採摘、觀光、運動休閒、養生等配套設施，建設遊客中心、停車場等設施，總建築面積135000平方米。

（四）項目進展情況：已開發面積328畝，熱水井6眼，建築面積25940平方米。
