第四屆「絲路青年夢想匯」將於2021年8月舉辦，本屆活動以「扶貧、綠色發展、國際合作」為主題，聚合政府、外交、經濟、教育、文化、企業、社會團體等資源，從青年人的視角向世界講述中國的扶貧故事，多層面展示宣傳中國的扶貧成就和經驗。
活動由「演講、音樂、攝影、沙畫、雕塑」比賽、新增的創業大賽和短視頻大賽，以及頒獎典禮、文化體驗、講座研討、參觀考察組成，內容豐富、形式多樣、立意高遠。
The 4th 「Silk Road & Young Dreams」 takes 「Achieving Young Dreams in Poverty Alleviation and Green Development」 as its theme, encourages the youth to elaborate the understanding, researches, observation and suggestions on 「poverty alleviation, international cooperation and sustainable development」, so as to show the responsibility of youth in participating in global poverty elimination.
The event consists of 5 regular contests of Speech, Music, Photography, Sand Painting, Sculpture, 2 new competitions of Start-up and Short Video, as well as Awarding Ceremony, Culture Experience, Workshop and Field Trip.
1. 主題：以「減貧與綠色發展」為主題，從青年人的視角闡述對脫貧攻堅、鄉村振興、國際合作、綠色可持續發展的理解、研究、觀察和建議，展現青年人參與全球減貧事業，推進人類命運共同體建設的責任與擔當。
2. 內容：不限定具體題目，講稿須為原創。可參考以下內容選題：
（1）減貧脫貧過程中的感人故事。
（2）扶貧開發與鄉村振興。
（3）綠色扶貧、生態環保、新能源建設與可持續發展。
（4）「一帶一路」國家減貧合作。
（5）2022年北京冬奧會與體育扶貧。
3. 組別：分為中文組和英文組，參賽者可任意選報其中一組。
4. 脫稿演講，6分鐘時限。演講時可使用Powerpoint展示圖片。
1. Theme: In line with the event theme of 「Poverty Alleviation and Green Development」, the participants are supposed to deliver a speech on the youth’s understanding, researches, observation, and suggestions in regard to poverty reduction, rural vitalization, international cooperation, sustainable development, so as to show the responsibility of youth in participating in ending poverty and the building up of common community for the mankind.
2. Content: There is no limitation on specific content, however the content of the speech must be original. Please refer to the following topics:
(1) Touching stories during the fight against the poverty.
(2) Poverty eradication, rural development and vitalization.
(3) Green poverty reduction, environment protection, new energy resources and sustainable development.
(4) Belt & Road poverty alleviation cooperation.
(5) 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games and sports poverty reduction.
3. Category: There will be Chinese Speech Group and English Speech Group for participants to choose from.
4. Note: Speech should be successfully delivered within 6 minutes. Notes or cue cards are not allowed. PPT can be used to demonstrate images.
1. 主題內容：緊扣活動主題，體現時代精神，結合實例，言之有物。
2. 語言表達：語言流暢，節奏穩健，層次分明，表現力、感染力強。
3. 儀態風範：儀態大方、得體，表情、動作得當。
4. 加分項：
（1）中國青年使用英文演講或外國青年使用中文演講；
（2）參賽者曾經/現在為扶貧工作者。
1. Content: Focus on the theme, reflect the spirit of the times, and combine with examples to make a statement.
2. Speech delivery: Speech should be delivered fluently and rhythmically with clear structure and strong expression and appeal.
3. Manner: Appropriate pose, expression and gesticulation.
4. Bonus points:
(1) Mandarin speakers choose English Group or foreign speakers choose Chinese Group.
(2) Participants worked/are working for poverty alleviation in person.

專家組根據報名內容評選出入圍參賽者並公布名單。
3. 決賽作品提交：6月6日-7月10日
收到決賽邀請後，入圍參賽者將參加決賽的演講錄製成視頻，並發至郵箱：silkroadspeech@163.com，郵件以「姓名+中文/英文+決賽」命名，如：孟翔+中文+決賽。逾期未發送者將自動視為棄權。
4. 決賽評選：7月11日-7月25日
專家組評選出優勝者，公布獲獎名單。
5. 頒獎典禮：8月12日（待定）
獲獎者有機會前往現場參加頒獎典禮。

2. Preliminary Review: June 1st - June 5th
The Organizing Committee invites experts to select the finalists and announce the list based on the evaluation of the content of application.
3. Final Work Submission: June 6th - July 10th
After receiving the invitation to the final, all finalists shall record the final speech as video, and send it to silkroadspeech@163.com. Email should be titled as follows: 「Name + Chinese/English Speech + Final」, for example: 「Mike + Chinese Speech + Final」. Those who do not send by the due date will automatically be deemed to be abstaining.
4. Final Review: July 11th - July 25th
Experts select the winners based on the evaluation of the final speech videos.
5. Awarding Ceremony: August 12th (TBD)
The Organizing Committee invites the winners to attend Awarding Ceremony.
中文演講設一等獎1名，二等獎2名，三等獎3名。
英文演講設一等獎1名，二等獎2名，三等獎3名。
優勝獎若干名。
1. 獲獎者獲得夢想匯活動通用獎勵（獎狀、獎品等）。
2. 有機會接受中國及國際主流媒體採訪。
3. 推薦優先申請中國人民大學絲路學院獎學金。
4. 演講稿收錄《絲路青年演講集》，演講視頻在知名網站上播放。

A certain number of Award of Excellence.
1. Prize winners will be granted with certificates and trophies.

Brief Introduction to Silk Road & Young Dreams
「絲路青年夢想匯」是由絲綢之路城市聯盟、中國友好和平發展基金會、北京絲綢之路合作與發展促進會、中國人民大學重陽金融研究院、中國民族文化藝術基金會共同主辦的絲路青年國際人文年度交流項目，旨在為來自不同背景、懷抱美好憧憬的絲路各國青年展示才華、分享夢想提供舞臺，並為他們感知時代、連接社會、增進友誼搭建橋梁。已從2018年起連續舉辦了三屆活動，近100個國家的千餘名代表積極參與。
Silk Road & Young Dreams, a youth-oriented cultural exchange project along the Silk Road, is jointly hosted by Silk Road Cities Alliance, China Friendship Foundation for Peace and Development, Beijing Belt and Road Cooperative Community, Chongyang Institute for Financial Studies of Renmin University of China, China Nationality Culture Foundation. The fundamental goal of the project is to provide the youth of countries and regions along the Silk Road who have different backgrounds and dreams, with a stage to shine with talents and potentials, a platform to feel the pulse of the present era and share dreams, as well as a bridge to link up societies. Since 2018, it has been held for three years with more than 1000 participants from nearly 100 countries.
