一定要事先準備，這是能讓自己進入考試狀態的第一環節。
考前寫下自我介紹的語段，並熟練背誦。注意將時長控制在20秒內。
內容求精不求多，有條理有順序，以避免自己考試緊張的情況下大腦一片空白。
下面就為大家提供一些自我介紹的常用詞句，便於大家組織語言。
I’m a freshman / sophomore / junior / senior from ... University.（介紹學校和年級）
My major is ...（介紹專業）
I’m an outgoing person, and I get along very well with my friends.（介紹性格）

描述性格的詞語：outgoing, optimistic, quiet, ambitious, considerate, cute, adorable, lovely, trustworthy, careful, confident, reliable, hardworking
考官：In this task, you are to read aloud a short passage. You will have 45 seconds to goover the passage and 1 minute to read it aloud. Now here is the passage.（AB雙方同時進行，聽不到對方朗讀）
1. 平時嚴格掐表進行朗讀練習，熟讀往年的真題和模擬題的材料。
2. 一定不要利用45秒的時間進行朗讀！因為如果在45秒內讀不完，就導致你之後錄音時對未朗讀部分的慌張和不安。
即使你搶著讀完了，很有可能你只是嘴巴念完，但文意你並沒有理解，這對於第三部分的簡短回答很不利。
3. 45秒的時間應該做這些事情：瀏覽短文，看懂短文並記住意思。一定要鍛鍊自己的記憶力，這既能保證朗讀的流利和平穩，又對第三部分回答問題有幫助。
4. 注意練習數字的讀法，右起第一個逗號前讀作thousand，第二個逗號前讀作million，第三個逗號前讀作billion。
5. 如果有能力，可以練習朗讀時的語調，按規律有升降的朗讀能提高一定的分數。
考官：In thistask, you are to answer two questions. For each question, you will have 20seconds to respond. Please start speaking on hearing the beep.（屏幕上無原文無問題）
1. 將第二部分和第三部分一起準備，更有連貫性。
2. 這一部分考驗了大家的記憶力。速記能力靠熟能生巧，大家可以結合自己的能力來想一些屬於自己的速記技巧，以記憶關鍵內容為主，如態度、觀點、特徵。
3. 如果不能完全快速背誦原文，那麼複述能力就是很關鍵的了。用自己的話說出所看的英語故事或文章短文中的內容，在備考時可以有意鍛鍊自己。
比如，看過四級考試閱讀的一段文字後，蓋住文本，用英文複述這段文字，並錄下來。之後播放錄音，和原文對照，關注有沒有關鍵信息遺漏，表達的方式是否正確，敘述時是否流利。
4. 儘可能的使用原文所給名詞、動詞和形容詞，這樣一般不會遺漏關鍵信息，也會讓你更好組織語言。
5. 一般第二題可能會是開放性回答，那麼可以根據文段、結合實際，自行回答。具體備考方式類似下一部分。
考官：In this task, you are to talk about the picture displayed on the screen. You will have45 seconds to prepare and 1 minute to talk about it. Now here is the picture.
1. 可能為看到圖片然後描述圖片，也可能是對話題的看法陳述。
2. 如果是描述圖片，那麼首先介紹圖片，再對圖片中的話題表達自己的幾句看法。
看法可以是分析圖片中的原因、表達自己的觀點（同意或反對）、說明圖片中的利弊等，視情況而定，說一種即可，不要說多超時。
3. 如果是對於話題的看法陳述，那麼可以結合自己的生活實際，舉例論述。
可以總結自己的一套回答「模板」，按照內容熟練運用，使你的回答更有層次。
4. 備考時一定要開口說！
找好一個圖片，練習描述的同時將其錄音；聽錄音，找出不足和錯誤，就這張圖片再練習，同樣錄音，再聽並找出不足與錯誤。
循環進行，直到你能接受自己的錄音為止。不要不好意思，也不要覺得自己說的很不好就不願意開口。
這個過程第一次是很痛苦的（相信我，沒有人願意聽自己嗯嗯啊啊的第一遍錄音，手動捂臉）。
但按照這個要求，練習了4-5張圖片的敘述之後，你會發現你的表達能力有了質的飛躍，內容的充實度、語句的流利度、思維的敏捷度，都有很大提升。
下面為大家提供一些描述時常用的句型，大家可以按照自己的喜好總結自己的模板。
As the picture shows… /According to the picture… /The picture tellsthat... /The purpose of this picture is to show us…（首句引入圖片內容）
First… Next… At last… /For one thing… For another…（說明多個理由）

考官：In this task, you are to talk with your partner. You will have 1 minute to prepare and three minutes to talk. Remember, this is a pair activity and you need to interact with each other. Your performance will be judged according to your contribution to the pair work. Now please start to prepare.（屏幕上會顯示談論的內容要點）
考生準備時間1分鐘
考生A和B討論，時間3分鐘
1. 一般談論內容是就某一問題、現象展開討論，探究事件原因，或商討解決辦法，或評價事件。
答題的規律一般按照屏幕上的要點進行，可以先對事件進行簡單的描述，然後引出話題，再進一步展開討論。
2. 一定要和夥伴溝通好誰先發起話題，不要在開始時沉默。
3. 注意承上啟下的詞語的運用，這樣能讓緩解對話中的緊張，也能自然地爭取到一點思考時間。
4. 3分鐘的對話時間，需要雙方對給定話題有一定的拓展。比如，在表達完自己觀點的同時可以舉例說明，或運用對比的方法解釋觀點。
5. 練習這部分的最好辦法就是拿著模擬題，找到一起備考的夥伴，按時間模擬練習。
錄音之後回放，相互指出對方語句中存在的問題，改正後重新模擬，直到話題練習到流暢、滿意為止。
下面為大家提供一些互動對話時常用的句型，利用這些句型，在對話時可以爭取到一些時間，使對話更自然連貫。
Regarding to…/When it comes to/Here is the problem of…（引入話題）
What do you think about…?/Do you agree with me on this point ofview?/What’s your view on…?（詢問對方觀點）
I don’t think so./I don’t think that’s a good idea./I’m afraid I can’t agree with you.（表示不同意）
I agree with you./I have the same point as you./I partially think you’re right.（表示同意）
There are both advantages and disadvantages to…/I think theadvantages far outweigh the disadvantages./A has a lot of advantages over B.（表示利弊）
以上，我們針對四級口語考試的題型，給了大家突擊備考的乾貨。但口語絕非一日之功，這是一項熟能生巧的技能。練的越多，說的越溜。所以如果時間充裕，可以大聲且快速朗讀英文繞口令、或是英語文章，還可以同時口中含塊糖以加大強化訓練的力度，使自己迅速適應英文發音和嘴型。另外，在表達的時候，要注意短語（詞組）和小詞的運用。愛看美劇的同學都知道，口語中絕沒有用到GRE那樣的高級大詞，真正地道的英語口語是充滿著短小、活潑、生動的短語，簡單但卻能表現出豐富生動的含義。很多考過的同學都認為六級口試自我介紹不難，畢竟是正餐前的小菜。
注意：時長20s，夠大家說30~50個詞，包括以下要點就行：注意超出20s的內容錄音失敗。建議大家考前進行20S倒計時訓練。模板一

自我介紹後的問答：提示了你和你的搭檔本場口試的中心話題。這個問題通常分為2部分，先問一個具體的問題（回答yes or no），再讓你展開回答。樣題如下↓ （注意從這裡5選1）

Do you find the food in your canteen expensive? Why do you say so?

每位考生看到1張卡片/圖片，準備1分鐘，答題時間：1分30秒。大概能說120~180詞，考試時注意倒計時時間進度條。把主要觀點表達清楚，根據時間調整觀點表達。

總分總結構建議採用如下句型：

4. 展開時，儘量使用具體的情景、舉例子或講故事，來支撐觀點
不論什麼話題都可以從以下 3 個方面展開：
1. Phenomenon —— 現象 (what/when/where)；
the issue of (卡片標題) has been brought into public focus；
the issue of (卡片標題) has aroused wide concern from the whole city.
2. Reasons —— 原因 (why）
選 3 個角度組織內容：對個體、環境和社會發展的影響；每個角度都可以用 1 個主題句+1個例子展開；如果想不出例子，則可以正反論證。
3. Conclusions —— 結論 （how）提出解決方法。
示例模板：Topic：The important of food safety 對個人身體健康的影響：
正面論證：-keep body strong and fit, young people, children
反面論證：-increase weights/chance of getting an illness
對環境的影響：-chemicals, pollution, food, and water
對社會的影響：-affect/harmful to social harmony
接下來，進入2人討論環節（3分鐘），圍繞屏幕上給出的問題，進行深入討論。沒有準備時間。要注意這題對兩人對話貢獻度也有考察和打分。但partner都是隨機分配的，萬一水平差距過大，無法順利將對話進行，就比較容易失分了。如果對方不主動，建議掌握主動權，並引導對方，讓對話順暢進行。

如果對方主動，你們觀點類似，可以表示同意的同時，進行總結和拓展。

最後一個問答只有45秒，雖然圍繞同一個話題講了5~6分鐘後，有的人可能有點詞窮，不知道說什麼了。不過，在經歷了對同一個話題的陳述和交流後，你對這個話題應該已經非常熟悉了。最後一個問題，也有可能在之前的討論中涉及到過。如果partner有提到更多的意見可參考，可以歸納總結在自己的回答中，進行綜述總結，對這個話題進行收尾點睛。注意邏輯性。再放一次問答回答思路，自我介紹後的問答也可參照此模板展開↓回答思路：
