個人簡介
男, 1966年2月出生, 山東蓬萊人，管理學博士，現任浙江大學管理學院企業管理系教授、企業管理專業博士生導師、企業管理系主任。
學習經歷：
1985年9月至1989年7月, 就讀於浙江大學工業管理工程學系, 獲工學學士學位。
1990年9月至1992年6月, 就讀於浙江大學哲學社會學系科學技術哲學專業, 獲哲學碩士學位。
1994年3月至1998年2月, 在浙江大學工商管理學院在職攻讀管理科學與工程專業博士學位, 獲管理學博士學位。
出國經歷：
2000年9月至2001年9月，在「包兆龍包玉剛中國留學生獎學金」的資助下赴英國阿斯頓大學商學院進行訪問研究。
2002年6月至2002年9月，在「國家留學基金」的資助下赴美國加州州立大學海沃德分校進行訪問研究。
2004年8月16日至2004年9月20日，在加拿大政府「加拿大研究特別獎勵項目」的資助下赴加拿大女王大學政策研究學院進行訪問研究。
2005年4月至2005年7月，在「浙江大學湯永謙學科建設發展基金」的資助下赴英國倫敦經濟學院進行訪問研究。
工作經歷：
1992年8月至1994年3月, 在浙江大學哲學社會學系任助教。 1994年4月至1998年6月, 在浙江大學哲學社會學系任講師。 1998年7月至1999年6月, 在浙江大學哲學社會學系任副教授。
1999年7月至2002年11月，在浙江大學經濟學院公共管理系任副教授。
2002年12月至2005年8月，在浙江大學經濟學院公共管理系任教授。
2005年9月至今，在浙江大學管理學院企業管理系任教授。
科研教學概況：
現在的主要研究方向為：組織理論與組織創新、知識理論與知識管理、戰略更新與競爭優勢、創新與創業管理等。曾出版專著2部、合著1部、編著教材1本、參編教材4本，發表論文80餘篇，作為課題負責人主持國家自然科學基金2項、其他縱向和橫向課題多項，作為主要參加者獲得省部級獎勵多項。
目前主講主要課程：中外管理思想史(全校本科通識課)、管理學(MBA、科學類碩士生學位課)、創業管理(科學類碩士生專業方向課)、組織理論前沿(博士生專題課)。

Major research focuses on the theory of organization and organizational innovation, theories of knowledge and knowledge management, strategic update and competitive advantage, innovation and entrepreneurial management. He has published 2 books, 1 co-authored, edited a textbook and 4 teaching books, published more than 80 papers, in charge of 2 national natural science fund and other vertical and horizontal topics as a task principal, won a number of provincial and ministerial-level awards as a major participant.
