今天我們要學習的是：
【for the long haul】意思是在漫長的過程中（一直堅持），長遠地；從長遠看；終究。haul是拖，拉的意思。
例：《新聞編輯室》裡Charlie嘲笑Will教化大眾的任務進行的怎麼樣，Will說:
"The progress is slow,but I'm in it for the long haul."進展是很緩慢，但我打算打持久戰。"
Although software development best practices are always evolving, some technologies are here for the long haul.
雖然軟體開發最佳實踐是不斷改進的，但有些技術是持久的。
For the long haul, however, more original techniques are required.
但是長期內，就需要更多新穎的技巧了。
