申請返校前，請務必注意以下事宜：
（1）對於來自低風險地區的學生，須持健康碼綠碼或有效健康證明返校。無法提供健康碼綠碼或有效健康證明的，需返滬後在校外進行核酸檢測，結果為陰性的方可申請返校。
（2）來自或需要途經中高風險地區及所在縣（區、市）或宣布全域封閉管理地區人員，在該地區恢復低風險級別前，暫不返校。
（3）來自或途經近14天從中高風險調至低風險地區的學生，暫緩返校，直至滿14天後方可申請返校。
（4）來自或途經近14天內從低風險調至中高風險地區的學生，返滬後實施14天嚴格的集中（居家）健康管理，實行2次新冠病毒核酸檢測，檢測結果符合相關要求方可申請返校。
（5）學生的同住家人有來自境外或境內疫情中高風險地區情況的，相關學生返校前應向學校提前報備。返校後做好本人7天自我健康管理。
（6）境外返滬學生，入境後要嚴格執行國家和上海市相關防控措施，持健康碼綠碼且核酸檢測結果符合相關要求方可申請返校。
（7）本人或同住家人為確診病例、核酸檢測陽性者、疑似病例的，暫不返校報到。確診病例康復後1個月且核酸檢測結果符合相關要求方可申請返校。
（8）新冠肺炎病例的密切接觸者、密接的密接、一般接觸者以及被通知需進行新冠病毒核酸檢測的學生，返校申請前應向所在學院報告有關情況，按不同情況分類處理。
（9）學生返校前，出現呼吸道症狀，發熱、畏寒、乏力、腹瀉等身體不適症狀，應及時就醫，待症狀消失、身體痊癒後，憑核酸檢測陰性報告方可申請返校。
Before applying for returning to school, students must pay attention to the following instructions:
(1) For students from low-risk areas, they need to return to school with a green Health QR code or a valid health certificate. The students who can not provide the green health QR code or a valid health certificate need to do nucleic acid test, and those whose results are negative can return to school.
(2) Students who come from or have to pass through medium-high risk areas CANNOT return to school until the low-risk level of the area is restored.
(3) Students who come from or pass through areas that are adjusted from medium-high risk to low risk area in the past 14 days will be suspended from returning to school until 14 days after the low-risk level of the area is restored.
(4) Students who come from or pass through areas that are adjusted from low-risk to medium-high-risk areas in the past 14 days should implement health observation at the designated place outside campus (or at home in Shanghai) after returning to Shanghai, implement 2 new coronavirus nucleic acid tests, and those whose results are negative can return to school.
(5) If the student’s family members are from overseas or domestic areas with high risk of the epidemic, the student should report to school in advance and continue self-health management for 7 days after entering school.
(6) For students returning from abroad, they should strictly implement the relevant control measures of the Chinese national and Shanghai Municipality after entering the country. Only when they hold the green Health QR code and negative results of nucleic acid test can return to school.
(7) Students or their family members who are confirmed cases, positive nucleic acid test result or suspected cases CANNOT return to school until one month after recovery and have negative result of the nucleic acid test.
(8) Close contacts of COVID-19 cases, close contacts, general contacts, and students who have been notified of the need for COVID-19 nucleic acid test should report the relevant situation to school before returning to school and follow the instructions according to different situations.
(9) Students who have respiratory symptoms, fever, chills, fatigue, diarrhea and other physical symptoms before returning to school should seek medical treatment in time. After the symptoms disappear and the body is fully recovered, the students can apply for returning to school with the negative results of the nucleic acid test.
