為進一步做好2021年春季學期報到、註冊與教學工作安排,現作如下通知:
In order to further improve the registration and teaching arrangements for 2021 Spring Semester, the notifications are described as follows,
一、時間安排 Time Arrangements
1.按相關要求提交入校申請材料且通過學校審核的在華漢語進修生,請於3月3-4日入校報到註冊, 時間:上午8:30-11:00,下午14:00-16:30,地點:國際教育學院A217。3月8日起進行線下教學。
Chinese language students in China who have submitted application materials according to relevant requirements and passed the review of the university, please come to register on March 3rd or 4th , time: 8:30-11:00 am, 2:00-4:30 pm, place: room A217 of SIE, and begin onsite learning from March 8th.
2.境外漢語進修生:
暫緩入境及入校,3月4日前點擊連結http://b3bc1ev917400ci1.mikecrm.com/WQZxJji完成在線註冊,3月8日起進行線上教學。
Overseas Chinese language students can’t come to China now, please click the following link http://b3bc1ev917400ci1.mikecrm.com/WQZxJji to register online before March 4th, and online teaching will begin from March 8th.
二、相關要求 Relevant Requirements
1.通過審核可以入校報到註冊的漢語進修生,請帶好憑蘇康碼「綠碼」、行程卡、錄取通知書、JW202表及有效期內的本人護照,經測溫由東大門進入校園;學生須嚴格按照本通知時間報到註冊,不得擅自提前或推後。
Chinese language students in China who are approved to register onsite, should enter campus through the east gate on time by body temperature measurement and take with you the SUKANG code in green color, the travel path code, the letter of admission , JW202 form and valid personal passport; Students must register in strict accordance with the time of this notice, cannot register in advance or later.
2.請各位同學在來校途中務必按照疫情防控要求佩戴口罩,做好防護。如存在以下情況,例如來校前14天曾前往中高風險地區的、入境後未完成「14+14」集中隔離和健康監測的、健康狀況異常的等不符合返校條件的暫不進校;先參加線上學習,待符合條件後再返校。
Please wear a mask on your way to school in accordance with the epidemic prevention and control requirements. If there are any of the following conditions, such as those who have gone to medium-high risk areas in the past 14 days before coming to school, those who have not completed the "14+14" centralized isolation and health monitoring after entering China, or those with abnormal health status etc., have to postpone coming to school. And those can attend the online courses first and come to school after meeting the requirements.
3.學生入校後,須第一時間至國際教育學院完成註冊流程,並按照屬地出入境管理機構、轄區派出所和學校要求,按時辦理個人信息採集、校外住宿報備、檢驗檢疫、停居留、繳費、購置保險等手續,參加入學教育等活動。
After entering the campus, freshmen should go through the procedures such as personal information collection, outside campus accommodation registration, inspection and quarantine, stay and residence permit application, payment and insurance purchase on time in accordance with the requirements of local exit and entry administration authority, local police station and Jiangnan University, should attend orientation and other activities.
4.入校報到註冊的漢語進修生,須完成繳費;線上註冊的漢語進修生,須於3月4日前完成網上繳費;建議有條件的漢語進修生,提前通過匯款等渠道預繳學費,並保留繳費憑證,以便我們核實處理。
Chinese language students coming to the university for onsite registration, should complete the tuition payment; Those who register online should complete the payment by March 4th. It is suggested that students pay the tuition fees in advance through remittance or other channels, and keep the payment voucher for verification.
