高考英語應用文之申請信或自薦信
高考中常見的申請信的主題大部分都是與高中生學習和生活息息相關的。如：申請參加某活動、申請當志願者、申請某一社團職位、申請學位或留學申請金等。其目的在於讓對方了解自己的經驗、能力、成就以及願望等，所以個人情況的介紹應該是申請信的核心內容，應儘可能向對方說明本人的長處，以便留下好印象，獲得面談的機會。寫申請信時要注意言簡意賅，語氣誠懇禮貌，避免不符合事實的浮誇。
寫作步驟：申請信首段（自我介紹+信息來源+寫信目的）—>申請信中間段（申請的理由及優勢）—>申請信尾段（表示感謝與期待）
一、申請信之短語積累
申請信首段（自我介紹+信息來源+寫信目的）
