pour one's heart out傾訴心事pour用來描述將液體倒入某處的動作。如果將心事比作液體，pour one's heart out就是將內心深處的想法說出來。也可以把out前移，變成pour out one's hearto如果要說明傾訴的對象，可在後面加上to sb.。
