Guangxi is a revolutionary tradition of "red" land, red tourism resources are very rich.Guangxi attaches great importance to the development of red tourism. According to the 13th Five Year Plan for the development of red tourism in Guangxi, by the end of the 13th five-year plan, there will be more than 16 4A-level scenic spots for red tourism in Guangxi, including one national 5A-level scenic spot.
At the two sessions of the autonomous region in 2020, it has attracted wide attention to accelerate the exploitation and utilization of Guangxi's red cultural resources, promote the development of red tourism and pass on the 「red gene」.
Li Zhentang, a member of the CPPCC committee of the autonomous region, suggested that counties in Guangxi old revolutionary should adhere to the unity of political, social and economic benefits in exploiting the red cultural resources, rationally plan and develop various forms of tourism, and promote the coordinated development of red tourism and other forms of tourism. At the same time, it is necessary to standardize and strengthen the preservation of revolutionary sites and cultural relics, so as to ensure the exploitation and utilization of red cultural resources under the premise of effective protection and realize sustainable play of their value.
