合肥安生學校為中國基礎教育帶來一個全新、開創性的理念，它為學生進入中國和世界一流大學學習做好了準備。基於加強國際化元素的課程，合肥安生學校為中國學生提供了以STEM為核心的新型前沿教育。
合肥安生學校是四所位於中國主要城市（上海、合肥、濟南、南京）的託馬斯學校其中的一所。它廣泛借鑑了位於美國維吉尼亞州、享譽全美的託馬斯•傑弗遜科技高中的理念。學校北依科學島，南望大蜀山，以四季花海為鄰，總建築面積為14萬平方米，設施設備齊全，環境優美，地理位置優越。學校將中國傳統教育與世界一流大學公認的課程理念加以融合，包括批判性思維、基於問題的學習、學術課題研究以及A-level（英國）和AP（美國）的課程元素。
合肥安生學校由中國國際教育領域的先行者和領導者--安生教育集團主辦。學校經合肥市蜀山區政府招商引資，於2018年6月經合肥市教育局批准成立，為安徽省首家非營利性民辦學校，可容納2600名學生，涵蓋小學、初中和高中三個學段。
Hefei Thomas School (HFTS) is a new, pioneering concept in Chinese senior high school education that prepares students for study at premier international and Chinese universities. HFTS provides a new style of contemporary STEM-centered education for Chinese nationals based on the delivery of intensive, internationally-focused curricula.HFTS is one of four, experimental Thomas Schools under development across four major Chinese cities (Shanghai, Hefei, Jinan and Nanjing), modeled broadly on the concept of the highly successful Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology in Virginia, USA. With Science Island located to its north, Dashu Mountain to its south, and surrounded by wonderful scenery, HFTS is a purpose-built, innovative school with state of the art facilities that blends traditional Chinese education with curricula that are recognized by leading international universities, including critical thinking, problem-based learning, an academic research project and a combination of A-level (UK) and AP (USA) educational elements. HFTS, which spans a campus of 140,000 m2, has an excellent geographical location that is well-connected to the city of Hefei by a modern, well-developed transportation system.Welcomed by the Shushan District Government and certificated by the Hefei Municipal Education Bureau in June of 2018, HFTS is hosted by the Ambright Education Group, which has established a reputation as a pioneer and leader in the field of internationally-focused education. As the first provincial non-profit, Grade 1-12 private school, HFTS has a capacity to accommodate a total of 2,600 students across the full, 3-phase spectrum of student education; primary school, middle school and high school.合肥安生學校與來自英國劍橋大學和美國史丹福大學的專家學者已經合作多年，共同定義、研發和構建了一個為中國學生量身定製的，基於現代教育技術、教學環境的國際化豐富課程。學校致力於為快速發展的中國與世界培養商業和技術領袖。它的宗旨和目標是服務和支持中華民族的偉大復興事業。為了實現這些目標，合肥安生學校將努力成為華東地區最好的國際化民辦學校，並幫助區域建設現代化的、面向未來的教育體系，為蜀山區、合肥市以及華東地區發展創新教育作出自己的貢獻。HFTS has worked over a number of years with senior faculty members of the University of Cambridge in the UK and Stanford University in the USA to define, develop and construct a rich, fit-for-purpose educational environment based on modern education technology and state of the art learning and teaching techniques to deliver an internationally-focused education to Chinese nationals. HFTS is dedicated to cultivating leaders of business and technology in a rapidly evolving world both within China and globally. It is intentionally ambitious in its aims and objectives, which are to serve and support the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. To achieve these goals, HFTS will strive to be the best private internationally-focused, school-based education in Eastern China, and to help establish a modern, forward-looking education system in this area.
