What are you up to?
What does this mean? It means 「What are you doing right now?」 if the person sees you regularly.
這句話什麼含義？如果這個人經常見你的話，這句話的意思是「你正在做什麼？」
If the person does not see you very often and it’s someone who is checking in with you after 6 months or a year it would mean 「What is going on in your life?」 or it could still mean 「What are you doing right now?」」
如果這個人不經常見到你，而是半年或一年才之後見到你，這句話可能意思是你最近生活怎麼樣？或者還是表達「你在幹什麼」的含義。
