二十二萬寧波家長都在關注的教育平臺
近日，寧波市教育局發布了《關於做好2018年初中畢業生英語中考聽力口語自動化考試工作的意見》（以下簡稱《意見》）。《意見》指出，從2018年起，全市初中將實施英語中考聽力口語自動化考試（俗稱英語「機考」）。
也就說，在2017年「中考」保送生考試開設「機考」基礎上，2018年所有的中考都要參加。《意見》還有什麼內容，牛牛幫您解讀。
自動化考試時間為2018年3月31日、4月1日（共2天），為方便考生和考務人員熟悉考試流程以及檢測考試計算機運行情況，2018年1月20—21日舉行模擬考試。
牛牛註：3月31日、4月1日，1月20日—21日都是周末。根據今年保送生考試經驗，全天分多個批次，每個批次測試時間為半個小時，實際測試時間為22分鐘左右。
滿分值25分，計入中考英語科總分。考試形式為人機對話，聽力試題在聽後根據要求在計算機上選擇答案，口語試題根據要求進行口頭表達。
牛牛註：英語中考滿分為120分（含自動化考試25分），機考成績佔比在20.8%。
報名參加2018年寧波市初中畢業生學業考試（以下簡稱「中考」）的應屆或者歷屆初中畢（結）業生，均需參加自動化考試，不參加考試視為自動放棄。考試成績全市各區縣（市）相互認可。
牛牛：所有初中畢業生都要參加，個別例外見後文
自動化考試由市教育局統一組織，各區縣（市）教育行政部門具體負責本地考試組織實施。
自動化考試的的考點一般設置在初中學校內，由各區縣（市）統籌安排，由市教育考試院、市學校裝備管理與電化教育中心會同考試技術服務商協助驗收。
根據教育部初中英語學科《課程標準》和省教育廳《關於調整初中部分學科教學內容及要求的意見》（浙教辦2010年160號）精神，按照市教育局教研室編寫的《寧波市2018年初中畢業生英語聽力口語自動化考試說明》要求實施命題。
考務工作由市教育考試院統籌並制發《考務實施細則》，各區縣（市）具體實施。閱卷、成績評定統一由市教育考試院負責，各區縣（市）配合。閱卷採取機評形式，閱卷結束後，成績下達學校，學校只限通知考生本人，不得對外公布。如考生對考試成績有異議，可向就讀學校提出，由學校匯總，在規定時間內統一向當地中招辦申請覆審。參照高考查分方式，複查只查詢試題有誤漏批和積分有誤差錯。
經二級甲等以上醫院檢測認定的聽力殘疾或口語表達有障礙的考生，經本人申請，畢業學校籤署意見，各地中招辦核准，可免考自動化考試，其中自動化考試成績按「中考英語筆試部分得分X0.263」計算。
那麼機考到底考什麼？今年5月6日，數千名初三保送生首次體驗英語機考，使用人機對話系統。

第三部分 朗讀短文（計3分）：
一檔 （3分）：能完整清晰地朗讀短文，語音、語調正確，朗讀自然流利，語速適中，有節奏感。
二檔 （2分）：能正確讀出大多數句子，語音、語調基本正確，雖有少量錯誤，但朗讀還比較自然流利。
三檔 （1分）：只能讀出部分句子和詞彙，語音、語調不夠正確，朗讀不夠連貫，錯誤較多。
四檔 （0分）：朗讀有困難，不連貫，錯誤很多，影響意思表達。
第四部分 情景問答（計2分）：
記分以小題為單位，每小題按兩個檔次給分。
一檔 （1分）：意思明白，表達清楚，語音、語調正確，詞語、語法合乎規範。
二檔 （0.5分）：意思基本明白，表達基本清楚，語音、語調基本正確，詞語、語法有錯誤。
三檔 （0分）：答非所問，或錯誤很多，不能達意。
第五部分 話題簡述（計5分）：
一檔 （5分）：能完整準確地表達內容要點，語音、語調正確，講述連貫，表達清楚，不少於7句。
二檔 （3-4分）：能表述出大多數內容要點，語音、語調基本正確，講述比較連貫，表達比較清楚，但有一些錯誤。
三檔 （2分）：只能說出少數內容要點，語音、語調有明顯問題，講述不夠連貫，錯誤較多，影響意思表達。
四檔 （0-1分）：內容要點表述很困難，語音、語調差，錯誤很多；或只能說出一些與內容有關的單詞。
一、朗讀短文
在準備的時候，將生詞找出來，並且儘可能多地將意群停頓和相應的升降掉都標註出來。開始作答時，如果遇到生詞，應該用自然拼讀法讀出來，不能停住。
特別要注意升降掉和意群停頓，同時要把握好錄音朗讀時間。
二、情景問答
聽前快速瀏覽提示內容，把握主要考點；
聽中速記關鍵信息點，因為時間有限，建議用字母、數字、箭頭、筆畫、漢字等適合自己的記筆記方式輔助速記，抓住關鍵信息，不必把所有的內容都記下來。
聽完後根據所做的筆記或參考給出的備選項信息，準確、流暢作答。回答時特別要注意信息點、發音及語法的準確性（例如時態），避免因粗心而失分。
三、話題簡述
導致話題失分的三個最重要的因素為：
①信息要點缺失
②邏輯篇章結構混亂
③人稱時態混亂
該題的解題思路：
1. 定好時態，避免時態、人稱混亂。
2. 定主幹，主謂賓：在準備階段，要把中文要點進行主謂賓劃分，這樣能極大地避免在表達的時候出現語序錯誤。
3. 定枝葉信息，把句子的枝葉信息補充完整。
