Board Race
Divide the class into two or more groups and give each aboard marker. Give a vocabulary topic. The students in each group form a lineand take turns racing to the board and writing a related vocabulary word orterm. When time is up, award a point for each word that is correctly spelledand related to the topic.

行動站

Action Stations
Put a card with a different language topic in two to four placesin the room. Say a word or full sentence related to one of the topics and havestudents move to the correct place.

賓果遊戲

Bingo
Have students create a grid with nine or sixteen squares andfill each square with a target word or phrase. Call out words at random andhave students cover them with a small item if they appear on their grids. Thewinner can be the first student to cover a row, column, diagonal or the wholegrid. Alternatively, use definitions to make the game more challenging.

Board Slap
Write vocabulary words or attach images scattered across theboard. Divide the class into two teams, and have them line up. Call out a wordor clue, and have one student from each team race to slap the correct word orimage on the board. The first student to slap the correct word or image gets apoint for his or her team. Continue until all students have had a turn.

Chain Game
Use target vocabulary or grammar in a sentence to start achain:
Yesterday, I went to the store and I bought three apples.
Students add an item each time to continue the chain:
Yesterday, I went to the store and I bought three apples anda bag of rice.
Continue until someone cannot remember. Students can play asa whole class, in groups or in pairs.

Chain Reaction
Say a target word and point to a student, who must repeatit. Then the next person (either beside or behind that student) must say theword, and so on until five people have said it. Then say another word andchoose another student. This activity makes practice fun and keeps students ontheir toes.

Charades

Domino Game

Have students mingle asking until they findone person for each prompt.
