向孩子們解釋,憂慮會把我們從神給我們生活上引開。憂慮源於對神缺乏信心,不相信神會關心我們,希望祂的孩子們得到最好的。大家一起朗讀幾遍經文。
你會擔心什麼類型的事情?聖經問了一個非常重要的問題,「你們中間誰能因憂慮使自己的身量多加一肘」 (馬太福音6:27)。在今天的課程中,我們將學習到,我們不應該專注於自己,而應該首先尋求神的國和神的義,相信神會供應我們的日常需要。
閱讀 馬太福音6:25-34
問題討論:
1.列舉聖經所說的三件事,是我們今生不必擔心的事情。(我們吃什麼,我喝什麼,穿什麼。)
2.聖經告訴我們,我們比空中的鳥更有價值。誰餵養了鳥?(我們的天父。)

基督徒應該真誠地感謝神,因為只有祂才能維持我們。我們應該對神給我們的哪怕是最小的禮物都表示感激,在我們整個醒著的過程中,每當我們遇到祂賜予我們的恩惠時,我們都應該向祂表示衷心的感謝。同樣重要的是要記住,神會使用我們來幫助滿足他人的禱告需要,在這樣的事裡有分,我們應該非常高興。

"Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?" Matthew 6:27 NIVExplain to the class that worrying detracts from the life God wants us to live. Worry comes from a lack of faith that God cares for us and wants the best for His children. Recite the verse several times as a class.SCRIPTURE READING AND DISCUSSION (15 minutes)
Introduction:
About what types of things do you worry? The Bible asks a very important question, "Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life?" (Matthew 6:27). In today's lesson, we will learn that we should not focus on ourselves, but first seek God's Kingdom and His righteousness, and trust that God will supply our daily needs.
Read Matthew 6:25-34
Discussion Questions:1. Name three things the Bible says we are not to worry about in this life. (What we will eat, what we will drink, and what we will wear.)
2. The Bible tells us that we are more valuable than the birds of the air. Who feeds the birds? (Our Heavenly Father.)
3. The lilies of the field are very beautiful, yet they do not labor or spin. Who clothes the flowers in such splendor? (Our Heavenly Father.)
4. The Bible tells us that pagans worry about what they will eat or drink and what they shall wear. Why do you think pagans worry about these things? (Their focus is on themselves instead of God, they trust in their own strength or false gods to meet their needs.)
5. What is the key to having God supply our daily needs? (We are to seek His Kingdom and His righteousness first, and have faith that He will meet our daily needs.)
6. What should our response be to God when He supplies us with our daily needs? (We should be grateful and thank God. Giving thanks to God, praying before meals.)CLASS EXERCISE (20 minutes)ALTERNATE CLASS EXERCISE (5 minutes)APPLICATION (4 minutes)Christians should be sincerely thankful to God for He alone sustains us. We should be appreciative of even the smallest gift God gives us, and we should offer Him prayers of heartfelt thanks throughout our waking hours as we encounter His goodness to us.
