打開窗戶我們都知道叫open the window，那打開水龍頭叫open the tap嗎？
在英語裡，不是所有的打開都用open。
除了open/close這一組表示打開/關閉，還有一組是turn on/turn off
這兩組有什麼區別嗎？
通過轉動閥門、按下按鈕或移動開關這種方式，開始使用水、氣、熱、聲或電的「打開」都是用的turn on。

turn on the tap 或 turn on the faucet [ˈfɔːsɪt]
打開水龍頭
turn the radio on/turn on the radio
打開收音機
此外，switch on/off和turn on/off是一樣的
switch on打開方式一般是通過「switch"（開關），接通，開啟，合閘，主要用於電器

打開（指啟動）微波爐
那前面提到的open/close一般用於什麼情況呢？
open/close用於門、窗這類型東西：
open the door/the window 開門/開窗
各種容器/或者任何有封口的東西：
open the can 開罐
可以展開的東西，如書本/雜誌等：
open the book 翻開書
用於身體部位：
open your mouth 張嘴
最後，問大家幾個問題，打開wifi，用open還是turn on？開冰箱用open還是turn on？
連上wifi指的是我們把電子設備連接上wifi，用connect to wifi
開冰箱是打開冰箱門的動作，不是去開冰箱的電源，所以用open the fridge才對
