說實話，剛看到這首詩中的keep up時，我只想到了堅持這個意思，所以洋洋灑灑寫了一堆有關堅持的英語說法。中途突然靈光一閃，Yogi Bhajan用的可是up！因為如果要說堅持的話，Keep on就夠了。可是Yogi Bhajan老大用的可是UP！！！UP UP！！！堅持是不夠的，還要堅持向上才行！

UP UP!!!!!

Keep up，是昆達課上聽到的最頻繁的一個詞。keep和up兩個及其簡單的單詞湊在一起，卻擁有帶領我們穿越所有疼痛、惰性的強大力量。

繼續說堅持，還有些英文短語表示堅持：

1.carry on,常常會在後面加doing sth，就是繼續堅持做某事，如：Participants are encouraged to carry on doing sadhana everyday after Level One Teacher Training.學員們被鼓勵一級教師培訓後要繼續堅持做早課。

2. Hang in there！這是個可以單獨使用的句子。hang: 懸掛，吊死；所以這句要直譯的話就是：吊在那裡！個人覺得在做那些需要長時間保持手臂或者雙腿上舉的體式時，用這個句子非常形象有木有！嗯就這麼記牢了！Hang in there!

3. perseverance：這是個比較高大上的名詞，意為：毅力，堅持不懈，常用於寫作、演講中。

永遠不會忘記跟Hari Nam老師在雲南上課時，他那一聲KEEP UP如雷貫耳，底下的學員們伴著無數的汗水和淚水都跟自己拼了。

任何時候你覺得低迷時，請丹田用力，吼一聲：KEEP UP！
