類似的話，在陸鴻成長過程中，不知道聽了多少。
Such those words, Hong Lu has heard countless times in his growing-up life.
一個腦癱，一個傻子，一個被罵「連狗都不如」的殘疾人，後來卻成為了年入千萬的老闆，這樣的逆襲聽起來怎麼都覺得不太現實，然而這卻是陸鴻的真實人生。
A cerebral palsy man, a fool, and a disabled man who was called "worse than a dog" became a boss earning tens of millions. Anyway, Such this exception sounds unrealistic, but it is Hong Lu's real life.
「我的第一個稱呼，就是傻子。」

小時候因為高燒，引發中毒性腦炎，導致小腦指揮神經失常。
When he was young, the toxic encephalitis caused by a high fever led to cerebellar command nerve disorder.
陸鴻成為了腦癱。
He became a cerebral palsy man.
面部肌肉不時痙攣扭曲，雙手也不能伸直。

直到今天，他說話也還是不流暢，走路也不如正常人。

等長大了去找工作，因為殘疾，也總是一次次被拒。

好不容易找到了一個廠裡找到活幹，廠裡的人直接當著陸鴻媽媽的面嘲諷他：「 他說你看看你兒子這幅樣子，他能幹什麼，我養一條狗都比他強。」

「那個時候是夏天，我第一次感覺到，夏天這麼冷，渾身發抖。」

可是，陸鴻不肯屈服於別人的斷言。

最開始，他在一家月餅廠，負責簡單的月餅包裝。

The old man was a photography teacher in a university for the aged. During the chat, he knew Hong Lu's story and was deeply touched. After learning that the young man had a dream of opening a photo studio to record happiness, he offered to teach Hong Lu photography.
老人教得認真，陸鴻學得更認真。
The old man taught seriously while Hong Lu learned more seriously.
從最基本的相機使用，到後期照片的調整，漸漸掌握了一項新的技能。

不久，一家小小的照相館開業了。

在不知不覺中，陸鴻已經慢慢將那些嘲諷他的人甩在了身後。

在接受冬呱視頻採訪時，陸鴻提到和別人溝通生意，大家不會把他當作一個殘疾人，而是像和成功的企業家溝通，像個孩子一樣大笑了起來。

「我這裡的殘疾人，他們都是我的寶貝」。

自己就是殘疾人，陸鴻深刻的明白，殘疾人的生存環境是艱難的：缺少關注，缺少幫助。
As a disabled man, Hong Lu deeply understands that the living environment of disabled people is quite difficult: lack of attention and help.
一位網友曾經有這樣的疑問：在英國時，她看到很多殘疾人在街上。為什麼回到國內卻很少看到殘疾人。
A netizen once had this question: when she was in the UK, she saw many disabled people on the street. Why are there so few disabled people in the public in China?
其實並不是中國的殘疾人少，而是他們很少真正出現在人們的視線中，甚至很少被重視，就像陸鴻所說，大家一直抱著另類的目光：「感覺我們是沒有用的」。
In fact, it isn't that there are few disabled people in China, but that they are rarely seen or even taken seriously. As Hong Lu said, people have been holding an discriminatory viewpoint: "It seems that we are useless".
中國殘疾人總數超過8500萬。
The total number of disabled people in China exceeds 85 million.
社會的刻板印象卻讓許多殘疾人困在一個小小的圈子裡。
The social stereotype keeps many disabled people trapped in a small circle.
找不到工作，被視為拖累，就像陸鴻經歷的那樣：
Being unable to find a job is seen as a drag, as Hong Lu experienced:
「以前爸爸生病，想把治病的錢留一半給我以後用；而媽媽總說爸爸是家裡的頂梁柱，我就在想，為什麼我必須要父母的照顧，為什麼不可以成為家裡的頂梁柱呢？」
"My father was sick and wanted to leave half of the money for my future use; My mother always said that my father was the pillar of the family. I just thought, why do I have to be taken care of by my parents? why can't I be the pillar of the family?"
如今他已經成為家裡的頂梁柱，還成為了「陸老闆」。
Now he has become the breadwinner of his family, also "Boss Lu".
既然有能力，他想要去幫助更多和他一樣的人。

「殘疾人更想發光，更想發熱，盡我微薄之力，提供給他們發光發熱的地方。」

在陸鴻的工廠，如今42名員工，有24位是殘疾人。
At Hong Lu's factory, 24 of the 42 employees are disabled.
而此前，已經陸陸續續有幾十位殘疾人，在這裡學到技術後，出去憑藉技術脫貧致富。

如今在廠裡工作的24位殘疾人。

有人是聾啞人；

有人是視力殘疾；

有人拄著拐棍，有人坐在輪椅上
Some depend on crutches, some rely on wheelchairs.
有人小時候摔成偏癱，只有一隻手可以打字……
Someone fell into hemiplegia in his childhood and has only one hand to type...
對於這些殘疾人來說，陸鴻的工廠不僅僅是一個工作的地方，更是一個學校，也是一個家。
For these disabled people, Hong Lu's factory is not only a place to work, but also a school and a home.
一位負責打包的小哥，從3歲開始耳朵不好，和人交流很困難。
A little brother who is in charge of packing, he had dysacousis at the age of 3, then he had difficulty in communicating with people.
找工作時，不知道受了多少白眼。
When he looked for a job, he deserved countless contempt.
而如今的他談起未來，自信滿滿。
Now he talks confidently about the future.
廠裡的王牌客服，也是殘疾人，因為偏癱，只有一隻手可以打字，他就記鍵盤，拼命練習盲打，如今可以同時和5，6個人一起聊，不輸給任何一個客服。
The ace customer service representative in the factory, is also a disabled man. Because of hemiplegia he has only one hand to type. He tried to remember the layout of keyboard and practice blind typing. Now he can talk with 5 or 6 people at the same time. He works as good as any customer service representatives.
對於一些人來說，工作是難熬的。
For some people, work is hard.
但對於他們來說，工作是找到自己價值的方式。
But for them, work is a way to find their own value.
他們要證明給自己看，更要證明給世人看。
They want to prove it to themselves, and to the world.
如今回顧自己作為殘疾人的人生。
Now when Hong Lu looks back on his life as a disabled man.
陸鴻沒有絲毫自卑和避諱，他為自己的人生而驕傲。
He doesn't even have the slightest inferiority or embarrassment, he is proud of his life.
「我感覺，老天安排得很好，我比人家更精彩，他不光讓我賺了錢，更讓我知道了，我這個人是有用的人，我能為社會做貢獻。」
"I feel God arranged everything very well, and my life is more wonderful than others', he not only let me make money, but also let me know that I am a useful man, I can contribute to the society.
一無所有的糟糕人生，會改變嗎？
A bad life with nothing, will it change?
陸鴻用實際行動給出了最好的答案。
