有些時候你說"what's up"，對方也會回答"what's up"，這時候基本就相當於"hello"。例句：
'What's up?', I said to him.

「出什麼事啦？」我對他說。

"What's going on?"和"What's up"的意思很像，但它更具體一些。
它的意思是「發生了什麼，咋的啦？」
不過要注意的是，"What's going on?"只能當問題用，不能作回答。
