10月30日下午，武俠小說泰鬥金庸在香港養和醫院逝世，享年94歲。 他的悄然離世震驚了世人。這位「大俠」曾讓無數海內外讀者流連於他所創造的武俠世界。
這兩天，金庸去世的新聞也佔據了各大外媒的頭條，歪果仁也紛紛緬懷起這位開啟他們中國武俠夢的大師。 讓我們從外部視角來看外國人是如何看金庸的……
金庸原名查良鏞，1924年生於浙江海寧，1948年搬去香港，從事編劇、電影評論和記者（a screenwriter, film critic and journalist）的工作。 1955年他寫了第一本小說《書劍恩仇錄》，並立即成為暢銷書。
到1972年完成《鹿鼎記》後封筆，金庸一生總共寫了15部武俠小說，為一代又一代的讀者，創造了一個瑰麗瀟灑、快意恩仇的江湖。 年輕時的金庸 除了創作小說，金庸還是一個優秀的媒體人。1959年，他與人合資創辦了香港報紙《明報》（Ming Pao）。他擔任報社總編輯多年，同時編寫連載小說和社論。
金庸在1955年-1972年間共創作了15本小說，和古龍、梁羽生並稱為武俠三劍客，另外兩位大師也已經離開了我們。
With 15 classic Wuxia works created between1955 and 1972, Cha has been regarded as one of the three greatest Wuxia writers along with Gu Long and Liang Yusheng,both of whom had passed away.
金庸的作品影響了好幾代中國人，包括前國家領導人鄧小平也是金庸的粉絲。
Cha's works have influenced generations of Chinese people, and former Chinese leaderDeng Xiaopingwas also a fan.
然而金庸的俠義精神不僅僅是中國的，還是世界的。今年早些時候，金庸的小說《射鵰英雄傳》的英文版本正式發行，收穫了一眾外國粉絲。讓金庸的筆下的武功、詩詞、還有建立在傳統文化之上的武俠精神，傳播到了世界。
Cha's works were not just a hit among Chinese readers. Earlier this year, one of his most popular works, Legends of the Condor Heroes, was published in English for the first time.

Tributes have been pouring in for Hong Kong martial arts novelist Louis Cha Leung-yung, the world’s most popular Chinese writer, who died on Tuesday after a long illness. He was 94.
世界上最著名的中國作家金庸在周二去世，享年94歲。各界人士為這位文學巨匠送上哀悼。
His son-in-law, Dr Ng Wai-cheong, said the literary giant was surrounded by family members when he died in the afternoon, while the Chinese-language Ming Pao newspaper, founded by Cha, confirmed he breathed his last at the Hong Kong Sanatorium and Hospital.
金庸的女婿吳維昌說，這位文學巨匠是在家人的陪伴下在周二下午過世的。根據《明報》報導金庸是在香港跑馬地的養和醫院走完了最後一程。
Chief Executive CarrieLam Cheng Yuet-ngor,on a visit to Japan, issued a statement expressing 「deep sorrow」 over Cha’sdeath and calling him 「a learned man and an acclaimed writer」.
香港特首林鄭月娥沉痛悼念金庸，稱他學識淵博，受人擁戴，對他的去世表示深切哀悼。
Also among the first to react to the news was billionaireJack Ma, a lifelong lover of martial arts and chairman of e-commerce giant Alibaba, which owns the South China Morning Post.
億萬富翁，自稱金庸迷弟的馬雲也第一時間表示哀悼。
「It’s a huge loss for Chinese people around the world, and it’sespecially sad for us at Alibaba as we have embraced his writings as part of our corporate culture,」 Ma said, referring to the old company practice of employees giving themselves nicknames drawn from characters in Cha’s novels.
金庸的去世對全世界的中國人來說都是巨大的損失，尤其是對阿里巴巴。因為金庸的武俠早已成為公司文化的一部分。在阿里巴巴每個員工都有個出自金庸武俠小說的「花名」。
「The wuxia spirit promoted by Cha has become a core value of Alibaba,」 Ma added. 「I have long admired Cha and he has been a source of deep inspiration for me. He will always be in my heart.」

A former journalist and newspaper editor, Cha was considered the grandfather of Chinese martial arts, or wuxia, fiction. He was known for writing the Legends Of The Condor Heroes series of books.
查良鏞是一位記者，也是報紙總編，他被認為是中國武俠小說的奠基人，最著名的作品包括《射鵰英雄傳》。
Hong Kong superstarAndy Lau, who shot to fame with his role as Yang Guo in the 1983 TV adaptation of Return Of TheCondor Heroes, was contacted by iQiyi for his thoughts on Cha's passing.
Lau said: "Jin Yong is a genius in the world of wuxia fiction. It was fate that led me to play Yang Guo, a characterhe penned."
曾經出演83版楊過的香港藝人劉德華稱金庸是武俠小說世界的奇人，能夠演出他筆下的楊過是一種緣分。
He added: "I've actually always asked about his health and his death is definitely a huge loss to the wuxia world. I hope he rests in peace and I send my condolences to his family."
華仔經常問候和關心金庸先生的身體情況，稱金庸的去世是武俠世界的一大損失，希望他一路走好，其家人亦能節哀。
Other stars includingAlec Su, Wang Leehomand Jordan Chanalso posted their condolences.
其他演藝界人士包括蘇有朋，王力宏，陳小春也紛紛表達痛惜。
Bollywood actor Aamir Khan, star of popularIndian film Three Idiots, also posted on Weibo about Cha's passing, professing himself a fan of Cha.
He said: "I am very saddened to hearthe sad news of Mr Louis Cha passing away. His book The Deer and The Cauldron gave me a lot of joy. I read it just a few months back. I wish I could have met him. He has given so much joy to so many generations. I am his big fan. I would like to offer my heartfelt condolences to his family. May he rest in peace."
另外，寶萊塢影星阿米爾汗也表達了自己的惋惜。他發微博說自己金庸的粉絲，金庸給了他很多快樂。
「聽到金庸去世的消息我非常悲傷。幾個月前我還在讀他的《鹿鼎記》，這本書給了我很多快樂。我曾經希望能親自見到他本人，願他的家人節哀，願金庸安息。」
