前言：
距離上一次更文已經過去許久了，為了「拯救」這個公眾號，決定從今起復更和日更。雖然以前總是沒時間更（但也確實是沒時間），但其實何時才算不忙呢？
恐怕人生是沒有這個空檔期的罷。人只能永遠在路上，可以稍作停留，但眼前的風景總有看膩的一天。所以，繼續出發前進才算不枉此生。

1.were it not for...I would not...虛擬語氣，翻譯時順譯即可，這裡要注意倒裝，原句為：If it were not for...
2.addressed to 和that後面引導的定語從句，建議可以放在一起翻譯。
3.中文的「被」一般認為含有貶義，翻譯時一般要想辦法替代「被」字如：為...所，遭受，遭遇等，在科技類文章中，許多英文中的被動語態可以用「可以」代替「被」字，或者是運用一些其他技巧，跳過「被」字的使用。

1.the spread of...後面加的成分較長，建議可以採用抽象名詞譯法，不翻譯成...的傳播，而是把spread轉譯為動詞。

3.stigmatization 目前是個熱詞，翻譯為汙名化應該較為穩妥
4.farce:鬧劇，笑劇
