These days the great success of a film is judged not only by its box office and reviews. Fans are submitting online homemade or re-edited videos inspired by the film.
現如今我們判斷一部電影是不是成了「爆款」,不僅僅是依據票房數據和豆瓣評分,還有就是看是否有大量網友粉絲在網上分享自製視頻。
For example, you will find at online many such videos about the complex relationship between Nezha and Aobing, two characters from this summer's hit animation film Nezha.
比如你現在要是打開B站,組合搜「哪吒 敖丙」,能出來好多cp感滿滿的視頻,不去影院都能感受到電影有多火多燃了。

The film's popularity has meanwhile drawn people's attention to its director Jiaozi's earlier work, See Through. This 16-minute picture released in 2009 centers around an anti-war theme and won prizes at home and abroad.
《哪吒》票房口碑雙豐收,網友們也紛紛去「考古」餃子的另一部早期佳作《打,打個大西瓜》。這部反戰題材的16分鐘短片發行於2009年,在國內外都收穫不少獎項。
See Through is available online. The film ends with a list of names that Jiaozi acknowledges as his "idols". Among the several animators of prominence, is Wan Laiming (1900-1997) , China's first animator whose productions set a high aesthetic standard for the country's animation industry.
大家可以在網上看到這部片子。在影片的結尾,餃子列舉了一長串的名單,都是他要致謝的「偶像」;其中有不少動畫大師了,包括萬籟鳴先生(1900-1997)。喜歡中國電影和本土動漫的人都應該記住這個名字,萬老是中國動畫的奠基人,他製作導演的作品就是中國動畫的美學標杆。
Wan and his three brothers, who hailed from Nanjing, East China's Jiangsu province, known as the Wan Brothers, are recognized as the pioneers of China's animation film industry, which began in the 1920s.
出生於南京的萬籟鳴還有三個兄弟,他們組成了中國動畫的萬氏「天團」。直到今天,萬氏兄弟都被看做是始於1920年代的中國動畫電影的引領者。
Their creation of a short advertisement Shuzhendong Chinese Typewriter in 1925 is considered to be Chinese artists' first experiment with animation.
萬氏兄弟在1925年製作的廣告短片《舒振東華文打字機》被認為是中國動畫的雛形。
A year later, they produced China's first animated film, the 10-minute-long Uproar in the Art Studio, which was modeled on Max Fleischer's Out of the Inkwell, and then in 1935, China's first sound animated cartoon, The Camel's Dance.

In 1940, they completed China's first sound feature-length animation in black and white, Princess Iron Fan, in which they shifted from a Disney-influenced style to a distinctive Chinese approach, borrowing elements from traditional art and music.

Then in 1961, their production of Havoc in Heaven, directed by Wan Laiming, raised Chinese animation film to international fame, and is admired as a landmark piece.
接著就是1961年《大鬧天宮》的橫空出世。萬籟鳴導演的這部經典電影讓中國動畫片獲得了極大的國際聲譽,至今仍是動畫史的一座高峰。
Wan Laiming drew much on Chinese folktales to create animations, including Hou Zi Lao Yue (Monkeys Fish out the Moon). His drawings for the piece are now on show at Y-COMIC-X?, an exhibition through Sept 30 at Shenzhen's Design Society丨Sea World Culture and Arts Center.
萬老的動畫片有不少取材自中國的民間故事,比如上面的《猴子撈月》。萬老為這部動畫創作的手稿目前展出於深圳的《百年國漫大展》,展覽位於設計互聯 | 海上世界文化藝術中心,持續到9月30號。
The exhibition shows more than 400 works by 85 Chinese artists to review the centennial evolution of Chinese comics and cartooning, from illustrations to strips, still to motion, and two dimensional to three dimensional.
展覽集合了85位中國藝術家的400餘件漫畫作品,致敬中國動漫近百年的演進,從單張漫畫到連環畫,從靜態到動畫,從二維到三維空間。

This is a show where a wide variety of styles will entertain comic lovers of different ages, and where people can anticipate more great works by homegrown artists.
