官方的英文取名叫：Nothing But Thirty（語氣更絕對一些，更能體現一種灑脫的態度）。
對於這部劇名《三十而已》官方給出的翻譯是：Nothing But Thirty，表現了30歲隨性、灑脫的態度。
Nothing but在英語裡是個常見詞組，它的基本含義是「只是；僅僅；只不過；無非；除……外」。
例句：

只有書才能取悅我。
I drink nothing but water.
我只喝水。（意思是不喝其它飲料）
Nothing But Thirty就是指「也就三十歲、無非三十歲、三十歲而已」；表示「三十多歲」可以說thirty something，years old可以省略。
