10月24日,廣粵會美女西廚、環球女廚神Joy Li(李鳳怡)出席香港的年度美食美酒盛事——由香港旅遊發展局主辦的「美酒佳餚月」。本次Joy是應環球廚神國際專業協會的邀請,作為2015環球女廚神的代表之一,與多國米其林星廚一起獻藝,以饗蒞臨現場的VIP來賓。
On October 24th, The Canton Club Western Chef and Gourmet Master Lady Chef Ms. Joy Li was invited to join the CCB (Asia) Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival organized by Hong Kong Tourism Board.
美輪美奐的「香辣番茄汁龍蝦雲吞」甫一出場,便讓現場的VIP觀眾們自發鼓起掌來。無論是甄選的新鮮食材,抑或美麗精緻的擺盤,都讓VIP們驚豔不已。甚至不少觀眾瞬間變身為Joy的粉絲,迫不及待地過來爭取與這位美女廚神握手合影。
Once the Sous Vide Canada Lobster & Ravioli in Spicy Tomato Sauce was presented on scene, all the VIP guests suddenly couldn’t help clapping their hands.

Joy Li(李鳳怡)於今年五月在「環球女廚神·2015國際挑戰賽」中捧獲環球女廚神金獎稱號,是廣粵會繼Jason(馬俊)、Tony(陳志聰)之後第三位獲得環球廚神金獎殊榮的大廚。JOY年紀輕輕,卻憑藉豐富的入廚經驗與天賦的資質,迅速在美食界中嶄露頭角。此次展示的這道「香辣番茄汁龍蝦雲吞」,正是當日環球女廚神賽事中徵服眾多國際評委的得獎名菜!
After Mr. Jason Ma & Mr. Tony Chan, The Canton Club Ms. Joy Li has become the third one who won the 2015 Hong Kong Gold Award of Gourmet Master Chefs—Ladies Chef Competition on May this year and fully presented her experience & talents on culinary in her young age. This Sous Vide Canada Lobster & Ravioli in Spicy Tomato Sauce is the very awarded dish prepared by Ms. Joy Li in this previous 2015 Hong Kong Gold Award of Gourmet Master Chefs—Ladies Chef Competition that gained the preference of most judges.
如今,頭頂「首位環球女廚神」光環的Joy Li已經回到廣粵會的西廚崗位上,並將與Jason、Tony攜手,為廣粵會會員們呈獻更多的滋味饌賞,帶來更豐富的舌尖尋味之旅。
And now, Gourmet Master Lady Chef Ms. Joy Li has returned back to the Western Restaurant of The Canton Club together with Chef Jason & Chef Tony, aiming to introduce more and more palatable delicacies and delight your taste buds.
