1 SCOPE
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules for the photometric characteristics of front and rear position lamps, end-outline marker lamps and stop lamps for motor vehicles and their trailers.
This standard applies to the front and rear position lamps, end-outline marker lamps and stop lamps intended for motor vehicles and their trailers of categories M, N and O.
For the purpose of this standard, the various signal lamps mentioned above are also referred to as 「device」.

3 術語和定義
