1 SCOPE

This Standard specifies the specifications, test procedures and inspection rules of rear fog lamps for power-driven vehicles.

This Standard applies to various types of rear fog lamps intended for power-driven vehicles and their trailers of categories L3, L4, L5, L7, M, N and O. Rear fog lamp for power-driven vehicle is shorted as rear fog lamp in this standard.

L7 refers to four-wheel motorcycle.

3 術語和定義

GB 4785 確立的術語和定義適用於本標準。

4 要求

4.1 一般規定

4.1.1 後霧燈應設計和製造成在正常使用條件下,即使受到振動,仍能保證滿足使用要求和符合本標準的規定。

4.1.2 後霧燈中的光源模塊,應設計為即使在黑暗中也能將其安裝在正確的位置上;並且能夠防止誤操作。

4.1.3 當可變光強後霧燈的光強調節裝置失效時,應能自動滿足穩定光強後霧燈的配光性能要求。

4.1.4 如果使用燈絲燈泡,應符合GB 15766. 1 或ECE R37 規定。

4.2 配光性能

4.2.1 在下述規定的角度範圍內,後霧燈各方向上的發光強度應符合以下規定:

4.2.1.1 通過基準鈾線的水平H H 線和垂直V V 線上,在基準軸線左、右10。和上、下5。之間(見圖1),其發光強度最小限值為150 cd;

4.2.1.2 在圖1 配光屏幕中的菱形區域內,如果目視檢查發現發光強度有明顯的變化,則除檢查H-H 線和v-v 線上是否達到上述規定外,還應檢查該區域內其餘部分發光強度,最小限值為75 cd;

4.2.1.3 在可以看到燈的所有方向上,穩定光強後霧燈發光強度最大限值為300 cd ;可變光強後霧燈發光強度最大限值為840 cd ,但在夜晚工作時不超過300 cd 。

4.2.2 對於配備有一個以上光源的單燈,當其任何一個光驚失效時,仍應滿足發光強度最小限值要求。

當所有光掘點亮時,不應超過發光強度最大限值。

4.2.3 在基準軸線觀察方向上的視表面應不大於140 cm2。
