濱江藏了不少很ins風的咖啡館，瑾咖啡就是其中之一。
There are quite a lot of Instagram-style coffee shops in Binjiang and Jude Coffee is definitely one of them.
濱盛路上，琥珀色的瑾咖啡門牌甚是醒目。門口種有仙人掌、散尾葵、天堂鳥、千年木等，淡淡的假日風既視感。
The sign board of Jude Coffee on Binsheng Road is very eye-catching with its amber color. Including Cacti, Areca palm, Strelitzia reginae Aiton, Dracaena marginata and so on, many plants line outside the shop and create the scene of a leisure holiday.
門面不大，裡邊卻很是精緻溫馨，夾在居民區和商業區中間的它，也算是鬧中取靜。就著咖啡香氣，聽著舒適的音樂，看著路上的行人，連微風中的髮絲都能感覺到愜意。
Though the shopfront is modest in size, the shop interior is very delicate and warm. Located among residential and commercial areas, the shop creates a special serenity out of its hustle surroundings. Sitting there and surrounded by coffee aroma, listening to the relaxing music, watching pedestrians pass by and feeling the breeze flowing through your hair, what a heavenly feeling!
據老闆娘介紹，"瑾"為美玉，翡翠之意，就像未經烘焙的咖啡豆。
The shop owner told us that she named her shop after the Chinese character of "Jin", which means beautiful jade, just like raw coffee beans.
店內主打北歐淺烘焙咖啡，但是中度烘焙的堅果拼配也很受歡迎。店裡意式和手衝都沒有深烘焙的。
The specialty of Jude Coffee is Nordic light-roasted coffee, but medium-roasted nut blends are also very popular. And they don’t provide deep-baked Italian or hand-made in the store.
除了咖啡，無花果派、無花果荔枝戚風、巴斯克芝士等甜點也可以放心嘗試哦，甜而不膩，脆而不油。
Besides coffee, desserts such as fig pie, fig lychee chiffon and Basque cheese are also recommended. They are sweet but not greasy, crisp but not oily.

開闊的空間配以復古的牆磚，裝飾與桌椅多以自然的麻料、木質為主，清爽簡單的綠植氤氳在咖啡和美食的香味中，無不在說明這家店主理人的熱情陽光。
The open space is equipped with retro wall tiles, and the decorations and tables and chairs in the shop are mostly natural linen and wood. In the aroma of coffee and foods stand some refreshing green plants. Everything in the shop is telling us about the enthusiasm and optimism of the shop owner.

位置挺好找，在凱瑞金座的八樓。這樓真的是網紅樓，什麼都有。

很多人是被「大眾點評」上的滷肉飯吸引過來的。咖啡館做滷肉飯，真的太特別了。老闆娘說這是她吃遍全杭州滷肉飯後研發的，可以衝！
