TW Yoga Teacher Training is a team combines all professional teachers from
different fields from Taiwan.
We committed to achieve the most complete and professional content of
yoga teacher training course, which is not only focusing on yoga asanas but the
true yoga spirits base on tradition.
We aim to assist each and every trainee to learn and understand more
specialized knowledge, teaching skills, philosophy of yoga and integrate them
all in future.
Since there are numerous ways to gain knowledge, of course there are more
than one fixed way to utilize your body as well. To inspire the participants into
learning with more efficiency and proficiency, teachers play a keen role as both
the inspirer and instr
uctor.

偶遇了能讓她感受到靈魂震動的梵唱。
她仔細爬梳生活中的細微紋理,將裡頭點滴的愛與感動匯集成流,
透過她溫暖的唱頌分享給生命中的每一次相遇,讓那份真實的感動潺潺入心,
內在的療愈和安定也就油然而生。
她將梵唱帶給她的感動、瑜伽帶給她的感受,透過練習交融於日常生活,

教學上以傳統的印式風格為根本,建立穩定的體位紮根基礎,
了解並認識真正的印度瑜伽所要傳達的訊息,藉由外在的動作,來找到內在的平靜與穩定。
Crystal is originally from Taiwan, currently live in India.
Although growing up as
a city girl, she chooses to settle her life in India. And it’s all because
of 「yoga」.
Crystal is a certified E-RYT 200 teacher and a sing bowl therapist who is
traveling and teaching around the world. Her teaching style is mainly focus
on the real yoga spirit---Alignment, which is one of the meanings of yoga.
This alignment idea can be between two parts of the body,
our body with Mother Nature and also our body and mind. It depends on
how your yoga practice teaches you.
Crystal’s yoga teachings focus on Iyenger yoga, which is also because of
the alignment. 『』When we are aligned, the energy flows 『’she said.
These years she practices Mahayana Buddhism with many
Buddhism masters which helps her to deepen the yoga practice
with more awareness. She realized that the true healing and the yoga
path start from the AWARNESS.
She has been exploring the ancient art of India for years. Last year, she set
up a healing space in shanghai, mainly sharing the ideas related to singing
bowls (sound healing), yoga and Buddhism.

抱著一顆對瑜伽的熱愛及自己內心深處的夙求,
她踏上了印度追尋瑜伽的旅程。在印度的學習中,她將以往的練習記憶拋開,
重新認識瑜伽與生活,完全融入在學習之中,感受到瑜伽和人生並無所區別,
當她在呼吸時,就在瑜伽的生活裡,感受到感官、思想及行為都與瑜伽融合在
一起。
她再次踏上印度求學之旅,並遇見了她的解剖學導師,導師將運動的科學與瑜伽的知識結合在一起,又毫無保留的將此教導給她,開啟了她對解剖學領域更深廣的探索。
她積極全然的投入教學瑜伽的行列,帶著這份熱情,帶著瑜伽,
去各個地方幫助其它需要幫助的人。
Bao is originally from Taiwan, currently living in Shanghai.
She has been teaching yoga for more than 10 years, accumulates
more than 10000 hours teaching experience.
She is a certified E-RYT 500 yoga teacher and a professional yoga trainer
from Yoga Alliance. Her teaching style is focus on the connection between
body and awareness. She teaches her students how to connect both together during the yoga practice. Also, she combines anatomy point of view into her
teaching, let students know how to control the body effectively and elevate
the connection level.
Her teaching widely includes basic anatomy, advanced anatomy,
muscle& muscle mechanics, asana & muscles connect, myofascial muscles
etc.
She is continuously learning even after 10 years yoga journey, constantly
exploring the potential of herself and spread the knowledge with each of
her students.

YogaAllianceUSA, 創始於1982年, 是世界權威瑜伽培訓機構. 該聯盟召集全美乃至世界權威瑜伽專業人士經過對各標準. 此標淮具有權威性和科學性得到門派紛多的各個瑜伽學院的認可.
其RYT教練認證被國際瑜伽界認可, 成為瑜伽教學的國際通行證, 持此證書的瑜伽教師可以獲得世界各地瑜伽機構的信任與青睞.
在缺乏官方認證的中國瑜伽市場, 已被西方國家廣泛採用的
RYT認證是瑜伽界最權威的認證(沒有之一)是每位瑜伽老師值得擁有的選擇.
