智慧型手機能夠實現各種各樣的功能,但究竟有多少用戶在使用手機所提供的那些省時且綠色環保的功能呢?根據Harris Poll 最近的研究發現,很少用戶發揮了手機的這些功能。儘管智慧型手機今天能夠幫助我們存儲信息讓生活更高效,這些信息可以讓我們通過掃描即可完成購買,或者作為入場券出入相關場合,省去攜帶紙質票據的麻煩,甚至錢包。但是當問及智慧型手機用戶掃描過哪些東西時,只有很少部分的人表示有過這種行為。
用戶對手機功能的發揮仍然很小,年輕用戶對手機功能應用相對較高
Harris Poll 來自2056名用戶的線上調查數據顯示只有5%美國人掃描手機作為電影或航班的入場券,3%的人使用手機為服裝或電子產品付費,使用手機進入演唱會,劇場或表演的則只有3%,用來購買像咖啡這樣的便利品的使用比例也只有3%,其他應用則有7%。2/5的人稱他們從來沒有使用手機或智慧型手機掃描啥,45%的人則表示他們的手機不具有這個功能。而在嬰兒潮人群中(18-35),他們更可能使用手機從事那些行為,比例在5-10%之間。
一半以上用戶不習慣使用手機作為「入場券」
當問及對這些功能使用的接受度時,只有47%的人表示對使用手機掃描作為電影票、演唱會感到OK,38%則不適應,25%表示毫不適應。15%的人不確定。在使用手機作為機票、火車以及其他交通工具票方面,情況也是類似。
用戶對移動APP購物應用抱有戒心
而在使用手機app購物方面,這個比例就更低了,只有39%的表示接受這個方式,47%的人表示不習慣該方式,14%的人不確定。而當問到使用存儲信用卡信息的移動app來購物時,63%表示不接受這種方式,其中45%非常不習慣,只有24%的人能夠接受這種方式,13%的人表示不確定。
通過分析手機app這些不同的購買方式,可以發現幾個趨勢:
年輕人對新技術的接受度更高,他們對手機的各個應用都領先於年長的群體男人比女人更願意接受新事物用過的人比沒用過的人更容易接受這些新技術應用當問及用戶對手機取代貨幣的看法時,3%的人認為來年手機會取代現金成為主要的支付工具,超過1/10的人這會在未來1-3年發生,18%的人認為好izai3-5年內發現,21%的人認為不可能發現。有趣的是女人比男人更認為這會在3年內發生,而更高比例的男人認為這會在10年後發生。
