who has more than 10 years' experience in the fitness industry. She joined Z&B Fitness earlier this year and has been an incredible edition to the Z&B family.

給我們講一下你的健身故事?
What is your fitness story?
就從我開始參加團課開始,就一發不可收拾了。這裡我不得不提到讓我的人生有著巨大轉變的第一個人,她也是Z&B的教練- EVE。因為她的魅力,讓我從此愛上了健身,愛上了踏板。從此開始改變了自己的一生。
就這樣,自由式體系課程伴隨我度過了長達10年的教練生涯。但是瘦弱矮小的我卻無法突破自己,這個時候我開始接觸了萊美體系和FX體系,這是改變我的第二個關鍵。2012年參加BODYPUMP初培之後,正式讓自己有了一個新的起點。之後就開始了各種力量和FX體系的學習。但是真正讓我脫胎換骨變成現在的GIGI,我不得不提BODYATTACK,在很多人看來,這是萊美課程裡除了GRIT系列最累的一個項目,但是就是這個項目深深地吸引到了我。也是BODYATTACK讓我和Z&B有了第一次親密的接觸。
這裡便要說到BODYATTACK的初始培訓。在這個培訓裡,大部分是來自Z&B的全職教練,2天的培訓裡,我可以感受到他們的強大。自己有了一個小小的奢望,有一天我也想在這裡,可以和他們一樣的優秀。在短短的二天裡還重遇了之前的偶像JAMES,也就是現在ZNB的老闆,當我還初出茅廬的時候,就迷上了JAMES的課程,就在培訓後沒多久,偶像讓我參與了ZNB新季度的BA發布,此時此刻,很有緣分的事情又發生了。
我和EVEN其實很早很早就認識了,但是都在不同的健身房授課,一直關注她,因為她的優秀讓我突然有了逃離舒適區的念頭。更因為BODYATTACK100在Z&B的發布,讓我和EVEN有了第一次的合作。就在今年年初,我給了自己2019年又一個嶄新的開始,加入Z&B。
My life changed dramatically after I started attending group fitness classes. I need to thank Instructor Eve from Z&B Fitness. She was the first coach who inspired me and helped me transform. I fell in love with fitness because of her charisma. I also fell in love with STEP and my life was transformed every since.
I trained and taught freestyle classes for 10 years. But I reached to my limit and couldn’t have any breakthrough. I started to learn Les Mills and FX courses. It became the turning point in my career. After finishing BODYPUMP training in 2012, I was officially at the starting line for a new phase of my life. I began weight training and FX courses in the ensuing days. Thanks to BODYATTACK, I become the GIGI that you all know now. In many people’s opinion, BODYATTACK is the most tedious and arduous training courses among all Les Mills classes besides GRIT. But I got obsessed with this course for no reason. It was also BODYATTACK that gave me the opportunity to get to know Z&B Fitness.
My fitness journey is all because of the BODYATTACK training. During this training, most participants were Z&B instructors. I felt their great energy and enthusiam during this 2-day training. A little seed was planted in my head that I was going to become a great coach just like them one day. I also met my idol James, who co-owns Z&B Fitness. I was fascinated by his classes when I was new to fitness. Not long after the training, I was invited to attend the BODYATTACK new release by James at Z&B Fitness. What after that was like a dream come true. I didn't have to think hard about joining the Z&B family earlier this year.
作為一名教練,每天是什麼在驅使你前進?
What drives you every day as an instructor?
我想一開始是可能是一種滿足感,可以每天和大家分享鍛鍊的喜悅。汗水過後的歡樂。當年齡越來越讓我有緊迫感的時候,我就是覺得我希望哪怕今天是我站在臺上的最後一天,我都希望可以讓這個課程影響到每一個人,讓更多的人喜歡,讓更多的人傳達,讓更多的人參與進來。
At first, it is about satisfaction. I can share the joys and happiness with everyone after a workout. As I grow older I start to feel the pressure. I hope my class can influence everyone even if it is my last class on the stage. I want to get more people to like fitness, talk about fitness and mostly inspire more to join us.
你在空閒時間喜歡做什麼?
What do you like to do in your spare time?
哈哈哈哈哈哈 二個字 睡覺 三個字 睡覺吃 四個字 睡覺吃喝 分點給家人 喜歡的人因為我能到他的時間太少太少 陪陪二個女兒(兩隻貓:浣熊和丸子)
It is quite simple. LoL. 「Sleep」, 「Sleep & Eat」, 「Sleep & Eat & More」. I』d like to actually spend more time with family especially my two cats (Raccoon and Meatball).
你的健身日常是什麼樣的?
What does your fitness routine look like?
沒有給自己做過什麼具體的規劃,很有規律的飲食和鍛鍊 堅持。偶然的偷吃幾口禁果。
I have never really made any detailed plans. But you need to train and keep a healthy diet on a regular basis. You need to be persistent too. Well, it is ok to have a 「Cheat Day」 for some delicious food.
你最喜歡在哪裡吃飯?
Where is your favorite place to eat?
很多,因為我愛吃。工作關係一般會選擇比較快捷和健康的Wagas Starbucks。休閒時間多的時候會嘗試各種。冰激凌,薯條,炸雞等等我都很愛,當然只會在欺騙餐裡面出現。
I have many favorite places because I just like eating. I usually choose Wagas or Starbucks as it is convenient for work. I also try all kinds of food and desserts in my free time. I’m a big fan of ice cream, French fries and fried chicken. Of course, it only happens on the 「Cheat Day」.
你最喜歡的訓練前,訓練後小食是什麼?
What is your favorite pre and post workout snack?
運動前我一般喜歡酸奶,香蕉,或者是切片麵包。運動後我不會馬上進食,一般要1-2小時候才會飲食。會選擇中餐較多或中式點心。
I prefer some yogurt, banana and sliced bread before a workout. I don’t usually eat anything immediately until 1-2 hours later. I like to have some Chinese food and snacks too.

Tell us a few things we don't know about you.
我是一個去KTV不唱歌,專門找人玩吹牛逼遊戲的人。
I like to go to KTV only to play dice games but not to sing.
別人給你最好的建議是什麼?
What is the best advice someone has ever given you?
多吃點,這大概是最多的。
「Eat More!」. This is what I hear the most.

What does the next 3 years look like for you?
不放棄,做自己想做的,成為更好的自己。
