About the Destination
Being recommended by Lonely Planet.Yántóu Village (Cliff Top Ancient Village巖頭村) is located in Fènghuà (奉化) a district in the north of Zhejiang Province, near Ningbo City, China.
Yantou offers River Rafting and Ancient Celebrities relating to Mao Zedong. It is the home of Máo Fúméi (毛福梅), first wife of Chiang Kai-Shek (蔣介石) and parents of Chiang Ching-Guo (蔣經國).
Here at Yantou Ancient Stone Village you can raft the riverg and explore the ancient stone buildings. Most of which were constructed in the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911) and are still in use today.
Yantou Village River Rafting, originally known as a spot for small time rafting, is Ningbo's earliest,longstanding water rafting site. This site is 50 km away from Ningbo, and the overall length of the river is about 3,000 meters (about 2 hours to raft thewhole river). When you're rafting, you must use a kayak which can only fit two people at a time. The water-rafting trail itself has 10 different paths rangingfrom fast and bumpy to slow and smooth. This site is pretty steep, but there is no need to worry since there is staff at hand to help you through your journey.
Trip Itinerary
7: 30 – 8:00 Members meet up and get on the bus, we will depart around 8am fromSH
8:00 －11:30Bus driving with 3.5 hours to Fenghua, Ningbo, Zhejiang province
12:00 – 13:00 Enjoy local food as lunch
13: 00 －13: 30 Go to the rafting scenic spot, get your life jacket and helmet, check your valuables or bring along with waterproof bags, take mini bus drive to the rafting starting point.
13:30－ 15:30 enjoy this fun and adventurous rafting, 1.5 hour with 3KM
15:30－ 16:30 take shower and change your dry clothes, wandering in Yantou Ancient village for a tour, its built up in Tang dynasty with 8000 residence
16:30－20:30 drive back to Shanghai, we will stop at the service station on high way for a simple dinner on your own expense.
What You Should Bring:
1. Clothing: swim suits, one more dry clothes for changing after rafting, sandals
2. Personal supplies: sun hat,sunglasses, sunscreen, tissues, water proof bags etc.
3. Food: high-energy snacks such as dried beef and chocolate, fruits etc.
4. Medicine and others: prepared according to your own needs.

Notice for White Water Rafting漂流注意事項：
Make sure you wearing .life jacket and hat beforegetting on rafting boat上橡皮艇前必須穿好救生衣，在安全員的協助下繫緊所有的衣服和扣帶；
Please check all of your stuff before rafting andvaluables such as mobile phone and camera could not taking with you for raftingexcept you prepare water-proof bag for them 手機、相機等貴重物品不能帶上船，自己妥善保管好；
You can wear sandals for rafting but flip-flop isnot recommend since it will be flowed away by the water when you do rafting儘量穿涼鞋,勿穿夾腳人字託以免漂流時被水衝走、穿著儘量簡單,速乾麵料
Do not stand up or sit on the boat side, makesure you catch the seatbelt on both side of the boat when meeting torrent漂流時不要站立，不要坐船舷，遇急流時，雙手抓住皮筏兩舷的安全帶。遇到樹枝伸在河道上，通過時低頭彎腰讓過，不要去抓扯樹枝，以免翻船或落水。
A small towel is recommend to bring for raftingto keep you dry 漂流時帶上一塊毛巾，到終點時可以用來擦去身上的汗水，避免著風受涼。

【景點介紹】
奉化巖頭古村是毛氏祖居，為浙江省歷史文化名村。古村元素豐富而獨特，有「古井靈泉」之美譽的大井潭上下二三百米地段曾經盛極一時，商肆連綿；清嘉慶大書法家毛玉佩真跡、摩崖石刻、毛福梅及毛邦初故居等景觀密集且保存完好，維持著當初的風貌。走進古村，彷佛時光穿越，淳樸而寧靜。
寧波巖頭古村漂流（原班溪漂流）景區,位於奉化市溪口鎮巖頭村, 漂流河道六華裡,漂流時間約2小時。該漂流是皮艇漂流，每艇二人；該活動可以讓你體驗一下水給你們帶來的驚險刺激感覺，漂流途中,時而飛流直下，一瀉千尺；時而墮入深潭，好似洪水侵襲，產生許多驚濤駭浪，有驚心動魄的急流險灘，是融驚險,刺激,古老,自然於一體；.通過漂流既能體驗到水給你們帶來的樂趣和青山綠水的大自然氣息，同時也能鍛鍊人與洪水的搏鬥意志。是都市人感受自然,與藍天,山野,溪水同呼吸的活動方式。
【行程安排】
7: 00 – 7:30 上海市區集合，8點發車
7:30 －11:30 車程3.5小時，前往寧波奉化
12:00 – 13:00 享用農家午餐
13: 00 －13: 30 前往巖頭古村漂流景區，寄存衣物，領取救生衣，安全帽，換好衣服，排隊乘坐景區小巴，前往漂流起點
13:30－ 15:30 享受驚險刺激的漂流，古村漂流是皮艇漂流，每艇二人，可以讓你體驗一下水給你們帶來的驚險刺激感覺，漂流途中,時而飛流直下,一瀉千尺;時而墮入深潭,好似洪水侵襲，產生許多驚濤駭浪，有驚心動魄的急流險灘，是融驚險、刺激、古老、自然於一體，也是都市人感受自然、與藍天、山野、溪水同呼吸的活動方式。
15:30－ 16:30 公共浴室洗漱換衣，在漂流景點旁邊遊覽巖頭古村，該村始建於初唐。現有居民8000餘。村落布局是古樸古香的街區式三進兩院四合圍式的建築群，具有遠近總體規劃和詳細局部規劃，這在古代村落規劃中是難能可貴的典範
16:30－ 20:30 乘車返回上海市區，中途停靠休息站可自費購買簡餐做晚飯
【裝備要求】
旅遊者需自帶
1.一套乾淨換洗衣褲，泳衣，人字託/涼鞋，防水袋或防水包，毛巾，小瓶洗髮水和沐浴液，身份證/護照複印件
2.遮陽帽，太陽鏡，防曬霜, 現金，零食乾糧等

漂流注意事項：
1，上橡皮艇前必須穿好救生衣，在安全員的協助下繫緊所有的衣服和扣帶；
