1公斤 雞胸肉
1kg Chicken breast 4個 雞蛋 (大號)4 Eggs (large)120克 中筋麵粉120g All purpose flour 200克 麵包糠200g Bread crumbs 1-2大勺 鹽 1-2 tbsp Salt1-2大勺 黑胡椒1-2 tbsp Black pepper1大勺 大蒜粉 1 tbsp Garlic powder1大勺 洋蔥粉 1 tbsp Onion powder1小勺 七味粉 ( 沒有可以不放或者換成紅椒粉)1 tsp Shichimi Togarashi (Optional, or use Paprika)植物油 (少量)
將雞胸肉切成條狀,大小跟手指差不多就好,寬一點窄一點都沒所謂。放入一個大盆。
Cut chicken breast into strips, the size should be similar to our fingers, no need to be fussy for the exact size. Place all the chicken strips into a large bowl.
取一個調味碗,加入120克中筋麵粉,1小勺七味粉,1大勺洋蔥粉,1大勺大蒜粉,1大勺黑胡椒粉,1大勺鹽 (口味重的話可以加入2大勺鹽和黑胡椒),一起混合均勻,倒入雞柳條碗中,用手抓雞柳使每一條雞肉都裹上調味粉。Take a seperate sauce bowl and add 120g of flour, 1 tsp of Shichimi Togarashi, 1 tbsp of onion powder, 1 tbsp of garlic powder, 1 tbsp of black pepper and 1 tbsp of salt. ( You can add extra spoons of salt and black pepper for stronger flavour.) Mix them well and pour it into the chicken strips bowl. Use hands to mix the chicken strips with the seasoning mixture and make sure every piece is coated with the seasoning. 將烤盤取出 (我用了兩個大烤盤),在上面鋪上烘培紙 (不鋪也可以的),然後刷上一層植物油 ( 當然也可以用其它油比如黃油代替)。然後,將沾上調料粉的雞柳依次裹上蛋液和麵包糠,一條一條的裹,擺上烤盤。注意:在從調料粉中取出雞柳的時候將多餘的調料粉抖掉。Take out a baking tray ( I used two trays this time), place a piece of baking paper on it and brush on some oil. You don't have to use baking paper, and can simply brush some oil on the baking tray directly. You can also replace vegetable oil with butter or another type of cooking oil. Take out the coated strips, and toss a few in the egg bowl, making sure they are all well coated with egg. One by one, remove the chicken strips and coat them with bread crumbs. Then place them on the prepared baking tray. Note: When you remove each chicken piece from the seasoning bowl before coating it with egg, make sure you shake off the excess flour.
將準備好的雞柳盤放入烤箱,200度烤8分鐘左右,然後取出翻面,再將烤盤放入繼續烤8-10分鐘。Place the baking tray in the oven for about 8 minutes. Then take it out to carefully flip the chicken strips, and place the tray into the oven again for 8-10 minutes until chicken pieces turn completely golden. 將烤好的雞柳條取出擺盤,可以配上你喜歡的醬料,味道很美好,而且比外賣健康好多哦!盡情享用吧!Remove the chicken strips from the oven and serve it with whichever sauce you prefer.
