品鑑會特邀「O.L.E.A.義大利橄欖油專業品油協會」認證品油師洪奕萍女士授課,分享橄欖油專業知識和烹飪小貼士;滬上知名大廚吳文先生則用義大利橄欖油現場烹飪橄欖油焗南瓜、藤椒橄欖油銀鱈魚、果味色拉蝦球三道菜式。多家滬上主流美食及生活方式媒體受邀出席,並有數十位美食愛好者共同參與,感受義大利特級初榨橄欖油的純真本味。Professional olive oil taster certified by O.L.E.A.(Organizzazione Laboratorio Esperti Assaggiatori), Ms. Hong Yi Ping shared the knowledge of olive oil and cooking tips. Famous chef Wu Wen demonstrated 3 dishes using Italian olive oil, including roasted pumpkin, green Sichuan pepper cod, and fruity shrimp with mayonnaise. Several mainstream food & lifestyle media in Shanghai invited to join the event, along with tens food lovers,experiencing the pure flavor of extra virgin olive oil from Italy.全世界的橄欖品種多達1584種,地中海多國為主要產地,其中義大利以產區眾多、風味多元而聞名,從阿布魯佐、西西里島、託斯卡納到翁布裡亞等地,多達16個產區出產義大利特級初榨橄欖油。不同地區因其自然風貌、氣候及品種不一,所出產的橄欖油各具風味。There are up to 1584 different kinds of olives around the world, most of which are produced in the Mediterranean countries. Among these countries, olives from Italy are well-known for their good quality and multiple flavors. From Abruzzo, Sicily, Tuscany, to Umbria, there are up to 16 regions in Italy producing extra virgin olive oil. Due to the different climates and olive species,olive oil from different regions shows different flavors.

在9月28日開啟的「廚藝對抗賽」上,兩位義大利大廚Lucky Lasagna和Roberto Bernasconi分別帶領兩位學員現場烹飪。比賽共設前菜、主菜及甜品三輪,按照規定,每組需在30分鐘時間內完成菜品烹飪,並接受5位評委舉牌評分,最後決出優勝。The cooking competition was held on 28th Sep. Italian chef Lucky Lasagna and Roberto Bernasconi separately led 2 city' super members cooking together. The competition is set with 3 rounds,including antipasto,main course and dessert,30 minutes for each dish.5 judges on the spot gave scores after each round.主廚Lucky Lasagna已在中國生活六年。在他看來,中意兩國在美食方面有許多共通性,呈現多元的風貌,並以美食為媒介傳遞及增強了人際與家庭之間的關係,「美味的精髓是新鮮的食材。今日現場準備的食材和調料,很多都是原產自義大利,這很有趣」。Chef Lucky Lasagna has been lived in China for 6 years. In his mind,Italian cuisine and Chinese cuisine have lots in common. 「The essence of tastiness is fresh ingredient. Lots of ingredients we used today are from Italy. It is really exciting.」主廚Roberto Bernasconi現場烹飪
主廚Roberto Bernasconi也持相近觀點,「近年來,中國美食愛好者對菜品的精緻度、美觀度以及風味有了更高的要求,我們也越發想製作更地道真實的義大利菜,食材非常重要。」Chef Roberto Bernasconi shared the similar point of view as well. 「Chinese food lovers pursue delicate dishes now,and we would like to share the humble and authentic Italian cuisine with Chinese food lovers.」比賽現場緊張又不失趣味。在前菜階段,兩位大廚分別製作了以番茄、馬蘇裡拉奶酪為主原料的Caprese沙拉與油煎帶子大蝦配羅勒醬沙拉;松露意面配火腿菌菇對抗酥皮海鮮湯,構成了主菜的對抗局面;甜品則都以馬斯卡波尼奶酪、藍莓、樹莓等為原料。最終,主廚Lucky Lasagna和他的隊員獲勝。
Two chefs made Caprese salad and seared prawns and scallop with pesto in the round of antipasto. The main course came afterward were featured with Truffle pasta with prosciutto and mushrooms and Seafood soup with puff pastry. Two desserts made by Mascarpone, blue berries and raspberries showed in the last round. Chef Lucky Lasagna and his team members won the competition at last.
