一大群人一起工作或生活的時候，總會有那麼一兩個人在不知不覺中成為大家的「主心骨」。不管遇到什麼問題，他們總能想出一些應對的辦法，好像他們的腦子就是個大寶庫一樣。這樣的人電視裡會叫他們「智多星」，生活中也有人稱他們為「點子王」，其實都是一個意思，他們是我們身邊的idea hamster。
Idea hamster refers to a person with a creative, inventive mind who is constantly churning out new ideas or someone who always seems to have his or her idea generator running.
「點子王」（idea hamster）指具有創造性思維，總能不斷想出新點子、腦子裡總有新主意產生的人。
For example:
That guy's a real idea hamster. Give him a raw concept and he'll turn it over 'til he comes up with something useful.
那傢伙真是個點子王。給他一個初始的想法，他就會對這個想法反覆研究，直到得出一些有用的東西。
