在法醫學實踐中，混合斑檢材以精陰混合斑最為常見，即精液與陰道分泌液的混合物。

Forensic sexual assault cases with mixed samples of semen and epithelial cells are very common.

對於此類檢材，都必須採用差異裂解法進行精子細胞分離。

For such samples, differential digestion method must be used to separate sperm cells.

 

隨著技術改進，結合脫氧核苷酸酶Dnase Ⅰ和改良的鹼性裂解液，以及自動化液體工作站平臺，即可輕鬆快速從含有精斑的混合液中獲得精子DNA。

With the improvement of technology, sperm DNA can be easily and quickly obtained from the sample mixture by combining deoxynucleotidase Dnase I with improved alkaline lysate and automated liquid workstation platform.
