用法區別之一：
1.With pleasure.
「好的；沒問題；十分樂意」。用來回答別人對你的「請求」。=Okay/Sure/Certainly
2.My pleasure.
「不用謝，沒關係」。用來回答別人對你的「感謝」。
=It's my pleasure. /It is a pleasure./You're welcome./Not at all./That's all right.
例如：
（1）—Would you please open the door?請你打開門好嗎？
—Ok,with pleasure.好的，沒問題。
（2）—Will you join us? 和我們一起玩好嗎？
—Thank you, with pleasure. 謝謝，我非常願意。
（3）—Thank you for helping me.
—My pleasure.
（4）—Thanks a lot. 真是太感謝了。
—My pleasure. 別客氣。
用法區別二：
1.with pleasure可做狀語，表示」高興地；由於高興」。
Her face turned red with pleasure. 她高興得臉都紅了。
They did their homework with pleasure. 他們高興地做了作業。
2.my pleasure後接不定式或從句，表示「做某事是件樂事」。
It’s my pleasure to play with you. 與你一起玩真是件樂事。
=It’s a pleasure to play with you.
