在會議間隙，幾內亞與英國兩國政府籤署了經貿投資合作備忘錄。
幾內亞總統孔戴出席並見證了籤字儀式。幾內亞地礦部長馬加蘇巴和英國貿易大臣LizTruss女士分別代表幾內亞和英國政府在合作備忘錄上簽字。
根據備忘錄，英國政府將全力支持英國盎格魯非洲礦業公司(Anglo-AfricanMinerals：AAM)在幾內亞投資建設一條270公裡長的鐵路，並且投資修建Benty港口。
據幾內亞地礦部長馬加蘇巴向幾內亞媒體記者透露，英國政府支持的方式主要有：
為了幫助英國盎格魯非洲礦業公司(Anglo-AfricanMinerals：AAM)向商業銀行的貸款融資，英國政府為其貸款提供擔保。
幾內亞和英國兩國政府成立聯合協調工作組，加強溝通和協調，幫助企業解決徵地、搬遷、辦理進口貨物免稅手續、返還增值稅等。
第三，對於鐵路和港口項目的可研、環評、設計，英國政府可以考慮資助一部分相關資金。
該項目被命名為「新的中央走廊」NouveauCorridorCentral。

鐵路終點：位於Forécariah省的Benty港口(leportdeBentydanslapréfecturedeForécariah)
全長：270公裡
