在東湖的記憶裡
In the memories of East Lake,

東湖風景區的建設起步於新中國剛成立
Shortly after the founding of the PRC, the construction of East Lake Scenic Area began
愛國民主人士周蒼柏捐贈的500畝「海光農圃」
with the 「Haiguang Agricultural Nursery」 spanning an area of approximately 33.3 hectares, donated by the patriotic democratic personage Zhou Cangbai.
經過將近70年的發展

名家簡介
黎笙，作家，導演。1966年畢業於華中師大（當時稱華中師院）中文系。曾任中國國際報告文學研究會副會長，中央電視臺特約撰稿。
曾以編劇電視劇《潔白的手帕》 獲1981年首屆全國電視劇獎，也是湖北省第一部獲全國獎作品。
導演的電視連續劇《特殊戰場》被駐美中國使館選為愛國主義教材組織留學生觀看。
近年創作情況簡介：
武漢城市形象宣傳片《大城崛起》，黎笙的撰稿被媒體譽為「1500字濃縮武漢3500年」，2015年推出兩個月網上點擊率高達一千萬人次。在全國城市宣傳評比中，獲國務院新聞辦唯一大獎。已譯為英、俄等六種語言版本。
《文明武漢》電視專題片撰稿，該片紀錄了武漢被授予「全國文明城市」稱號的長期艱辛的拼搏歷程。
《文明看得見》公益廣告創意文案，獲金鶴獎大獎並由央視作為優秀公益廣告片展播。
美國時代廣場播放的武漢形象片（30秒）策劃及創意，美國迪士尼團隊製作，首次以視頻向全球推出武漢形象。
「武漢創新成果展」（市總工會主辦）總策劃兼創意。該展被譽為「充滿創新意識的創新成果展」，全國各大城市（除澳門）都派員前來參觀學習。
《大城崛起》一書，武漢出版社出版，收集作者不同時期敘寫武漢的作品，市委宣傳部和市委組織部聯合向本市黨員幹部推薦。
近年來黎笙的文學創作受到高層領導的關注。李鴻忠書記讀了《黎笙文選》後囑秘書致電作者，稱「鴻忠書記從頭到尾一字不落地讀了《黎笙文選》，囑我們向你致謝，這本書寫得很好！」
在任中宣部長前曾是廣西自治區書記的劉奇葆，審片由黎笙撰稿的《狂瀾秀水說河池》（系列專題片《廣西紅色之旅》之四），說「作品很好，解說詞非常感人！」
黎笙自九十年代初任中國國際報告文學研究會副會長以來，在報告文學創作上取得突破性成績。長篇報告文學《中國股市啟示錄》，《長江治水人》曾由美國《僑報》、《歐洲時報》連載，蜚聲海內外。美國《僑報》致電國務院僑辦稱，「這兩個長篇連載後，在美國的華人華僑反響強烈，一致認為塑造了中國大形象。」《歐洲時報》特邀作者前往巴黎採訪數月，創作長篇報告文學《巴黎華埠紀事》並予連載。
黎笙近年創作力旺盛，今年其一篇美術評論《硯邊墨面》在新華網推出當日點擊率高達38萬，《半月談》老總告知消息稱令他們「印象深刻」。
