南宮全自動平面口罩機　　朱利平介紹，非典之前，當地生產口罩的企業只有一兩家，非典期間冒出近百家作坊，導致原材料和設備價格大幅上漲。但這陣風只颳了一個月左右。很多人購買的設備甚至還沒有開機，疫情就控制住了。口罩市場供大於求，這些作坊一年內都沒有接到一個大訂單，99%的企業在一兩年內倒閉了。　　廣州市冠樺勞保用品有限公司原本做勞保用品，正是在非典期間看到了口罩行業的發展潛力，開始著手轉型。公司負責人陳嘉欣對《每日經濟新聞》記者說，非典結束後，口罩市場實際上沉寂了很多年。

據了解，每臺口罩機每分鐘生產130個，1天17萬個，單個價格3元，1天就40-50萬元，3天就150萬元。 而口罩機如果要求10天交貨，價格是100萬元以上，25天交貨是40-50萬元，投資回收期僅為3天。 除了面臨技術門檻外，原材料不足，也讓跨界制「罩」產能爬升進度不如預期。

　　但是，真正開始涉足生產口罩後，老丁才知道這裡面「水多深」。 　　若要生產一次性醫用口罩，必須辦理生產許可證、醫療器械註冊證和食藥監局頒發的許可證。平時這三個證件需要很長辦理時間，但是特殊時期，辦理流程大幅度優化，時間縮短了不少。 　　老丁做了兩手準備，先按照醫用口罩標準生產產品。如果證件辦下來了，則按照一次性醫用口罩銷售；如果證件沒有辦下來，則按照普通一次性口罩銷售。
