Artist's Introduction
藝術家簡介
Jury Jakowenko was born in 1965. In 1992, he graduated from the Belarusian State Academy of Arts, and became a member of Belarusian Artists Federation in 1994. He was then elected Honorary Fellow of the Russian Academy of Arts in 2014.
From 1993 to 2017, Jakowenko has performed 80 exhibitions in more than 30 countries including Belarus, Spa hasin, Lithuania, Belgium, Poland, Sweden, Russia, China, Ukraine, France, Bulgaria, and the United Kingdom, and won numerous awards.
朱利·雅科文科，出生於1965年。1992年畢業於白俄羅斯藝術學院，1994年成為白俄羅斯藝術家聯合會成員，2014年當選俄羅斯藝術學院名譽院士。
從1993年到2017年在白俄羅斯、西班牙、立陶宛、比利時、波蘭、瑞典、俄羅斯、中國、烏克蘭、法國、保加利亞、英國等30多個國家做過80次展覽，並多次獲得大獎。

Hekou Bay Bridge Starts Operation
河口灣大橋通車
After two years, the Dalian Hekou Bay Bridge was finally officially opened to traffic at 9:00 on October 23rd, 2018, marking the full extension of Xinghai Bay Bridge's west extension. From the Xinghai Bay Bridge to Lvshun, you will now be able to directly cross the Xiaopingdao traffic node on Huangpu Road without getting blocked. Moreover, a trip from Qixian East Road to Lvshun South Road takes only 4 minutes.
大連河口灣大橋歷經兩年時間，於2018年10月23日上午9時，正式通車，標誌著星海灣大橋西延伸線全線貫通。由星海灣大橋去往旅順方向，將可直接跨過黃浦路的小平島交通節點，不再受阻；七賢東路到旅順南路僅需4分鐘。
