1.How are you?
(1)A: How are you?
B: Very well, thanks. And you? (How are you?)
A: Fine, thanks.
(2)A: How are you doing?
B: Fine, thanks. And yourself?
A: Great!
除了上面的問候語外,還可以用「How are things?」「How are things with you?」「How's it going?」 除了上面的回答外,還可以用「Not too bad, thanks.」「Can't complain, thanks.」等。
2.Did you sleep well last night?
早上見面除了向朋友用「Hello.」「Good morning.」「How are you?」
Did I/we/he/she/they come late?
Yes, you/we/he/she/they did.
No, you/we/he/she/they didn't.
與過去時常用的時間狀語詞彙有yesterday(morning/afternoon/evening)、last night(昨晚)、the day before yesterday(前天)、three days ago(三天前)、last week/month/year(上周/上個月/去年)等。
3.I slept like a log.
sleep like a log 意為「睡得很香」,作為一個固定搭配進行記憶,也可以說「I had a good sleep last night.」。
4.What are we going to visit?
句型 be going to(do sth) 表示「將要去(某地或做什麼)」,有「計劃、打算」的意思。
(1)A: What are you going to do this weekend?
B: I'm going to see my grandparents.
(2)A: Where are we going?
B: We're going to Luhuitou Park.

Japan lies to the east of China.
9.I guess there's a love story about the deer looking back.
I guess (that)...
(1)I guess I'll help you out with your car.
(2)I guess (that) you'll be looking for a new job.
