This topic reminds me of the time my friends and I went to an amusement park.
It was during peak season when basically everyone was on vacation 『cause it was a national holiday. The park was packed with visitors, it took us about half an hour to get our tickets, and another half an hour to go through security, 『cause there were long lines everywhere.
After we got in, we were like 『Oh my god』, I mean, there was a long line in front of every ride, so from that moment we knew, it’s impossible to try all the facilities in the time we had that day, so we just picked several rides that we were most interested in, but it turned out they were the most popular ones. We had a long wait before we got on the ride, for example, the roller coaster, we stood in line for almost 3 hours, but the ride only took us 2 minutes.
And the worst part is, after we got off the roller coaster, it started to rain, and all the outdoor facilities were closed. So we had no choice but to run to those indoor shows and games. However, everyone was doing the same thing, so things got worse, the lines became longer. Actually it only rained lightly, but when we got inside, we were all pretty soaked.
So you see, it was a terrible experience, and it taught me a lesson, which is, never go to a public place during festivals and national holidays, it would be a disaster.
