南亞食品是蛋白質、營養、礦物質等的結合體。在中國,食品中使用的香料是草藥。每一種香料都有許多健康益處。很多中國朋友喜歡吃南亞菜,但由於菜單上沒有關於食物的中文信息,所以他們遠離或點了自己不喜歡的菜。很多時候,他們和外國朋友一起去南亞餐廳,外國朋友很難用中文向他們提供食物的信息。

Indian food is a combination of proteins, nutrition, minerals, etc. Spices used in the food are used as herbal medicine in China. Each spice has numerous health benefits. Many Chinese friends like to enjoy South Asian food but due to lack of information in Chinese about food items on the menu, they stay away or order dishes which they don't like. Many times they go with their foreign friends to South Asian restaurant and foreign friends face difficulties in giving them information about the food in Chinese.
We are trying to make this easy by listing common dishes in 4 parts :
