Vietnamese employee Thai Van Khang is now working on the Kuwait New Refinery Project after he successfully passed the welder examination organized by Sinopec Fifth Construction Company in 2017.
He is diligent and his welding skills are excellent. Because of his great communication skills he was promoted to foreman very quickly. With his increased workload and higher salary, Thai Van Khang now works like a non-stop "spinning top" at the construction site.
"I feel very motivated every day," he said, "here I feel at home and trusted. The bosses and other colleagues are very kind to me."
In 2019, Thai Van Khang was selected as an excellent employee because of his outstanding performance.
越南籍員工範康泰（Thai Van Khang）2017年11月份順利通過了五建公司在越南組織的焊工考試，來到了科威特項目部。
他不怕吃苦肯出力，焊接技術十分出色。善於溝通的他很快被提升為管工隊長，工作量和薪資都有了大幅提升。
