Over the weekend, expressways across China were clogged with traffic as hundreds of millions of Chinese people looked to take advantage of this year's Golden Week holiday.
Stuck in one hellish traffic jam on an expressway in Hebei's Qing county just outside of a toll station, one woman got out of her car to answer the call of nature, when she returned, her vehicle was nowhere to be found.
Expressway police helped the woman -- who had left her cell phone in her car -- driving her to a service station where she could call her family. Following the incident, officers reminded the public that they must always remain vigilant.
It's not clear if the car thief has yet been caught, but he couldn't have gone far.
