Emergency crews were called during rush hour at 6pm but Brigitte was declared dead at 7.30pm.

There was a video on here recently of a boy who had been stabbed with a sword. He was lying alone on the ground dying and the footage showed several people filming him with their phones. Not one person was helping. Shocking doesn't even cover it.
