一、競賽時間和地點 The competition time and place：
賽程安排 Schedule
10月16日 14:00~20:00：報到，核酸檢測。
Check in time：Oct.16th 2020 14:00-20:00.
10月17日9:00~17:00：比賽日。
Oct.17th 9:00~17:00 Competition Day.
10月18日9:00~17:00：比賽日，頒獎。
Oct.18th 9:00~17:00 Competition Day and medal presentation.
比賽和籤到地點: 啟東圓陀角黃金海灘景區風箏衝浪訓練基地。
Racing and check in venue：Gold Beach Park (Also named Huang Jin Hai Tan) , YuanTuoJiao Tourism resort，Qidong City, Jiangsu Province.
距離上海市區虹橋機場約160公裡，距浦東機場120公裡，機場有租車，高速費單程95元。推薦飛南通興東機場，距離酒店100公裡，機場有租車，高速費35元左右。
Recommend accomodation:Distance of about 160 km from Shanghai Hongqiao Airport, 120 km away from Pudong Airport。There are intercity bus to Qidong bus station near by Shanghai Hongqiao Airport, Hongqiao Railway Station, Pudong Intenational Airport, Shanghai South Railway Station and Shanghai railway station .
參賽選手入住啟東濱海銀州玉子酒店。組委會提供標間住宿費用。
Participants stay in Yinzhou Yuzi hotel in Qidong Binhai.
組委會為每位選手購買比賽期間的風箏衝浪運動險。
The Organizing Committee purchases kite surfing insurance for each competitor during the competition.
組委會為所有參賽選手提供比賽日的中餐和頒獎日晚餐
The Organizing Committee provides lunch on Competition Days dinner.

If the actual number of participants is more than 6, the competition will begin.
三、報名資格 Registration qualification：
所有大跳技術良好的風箏衝浪運動選手。
All kitesurfing athletes, nationality is not limited.
報名者必須身體狀況良好，提供個人意外險保單， 並必須當面籤署比賽免責聲明。
Applicants must be in good health and must sign a disclaimer.
報到時需提供江蘇省南通市健康碼（蘇康碼），15日內行程手機漫遊信息，測量體溫正常後登記信息. 江蘇省外選手必須提供十天內核酸檢測報告,不能提供核酸報告的選手報導當天，由組委會安排免費進行檢測。
Jiangsu Nantong health code (sukang code) should be provided at the time of check in.

即日起接受報名登記，繳納參賽報名費200元人民幣。
Registration will be accepted from now on.

五、競賽器材 Competition equipment：
本次比賽由參賽選手自備裝備進行分組比賽，風箏必須為充氣風箏。
The form of the competition is racing with all Self-contained gears, Inflatable Kite only.
參加KING OF AIR-「空中之王」雙向板飛空高度競賽的選手，自備TT板上須安裝woo第三代防水殼。組委會僅提供安裝有防水殼的Cabrinha ACE-WOOD 141釐米雙向板給未攜帶WOO防水殼的選手比賽時使用。
The third generation woo waterproof shell shall be installed on the TT board of the contestants participating in the Big Air Jump Competition. The Organizing Committee only provides the Cabrinha ACE-WOOD 141cm TT-board with waterproof shell for competitors who do not carry WOO waterproof shell.
參賽時必須穿著救生衣或者防撞衣，外面穿比賽號碼服，違反者禁止參賽和取消已比賽成績。
Life-jacket or impact-vest is required when participating in the competition. The Compettition number shirt must be wear on the top of all clothers otherwise will be disqualified.

男子第一名：獎盃獎狀和2020新款CABRINHA Switchblade 6㎡ 風箏一個，價值人民幣 10500元。

男子第二名：獎盃獎狀和CABRINHA CBL 142cm 花式雙向板一塊，價值人民幣

男子第三名：獎盃獎狀和CABRINHA Spectrum 148cm 雙向板一塊，價值人民幣4000元。
The Male third: trophy awards and CABRINHA Spectrum 148cm TT-Board, the value of 4000 RMB.
精英組
男子第一名：獎盃獎狀和CABRINHA CBL 142cm 雙向板一塊，價值人民幣 6000元。

女子組
女子第一名：獎狀和新款CABRINHA Switchblade 5㎡ 風箏一個 ，價值人民幣
10020元。

女子第二名：獎狀和CABRINHA XO 133cm 雙向板一塊，價值人民幣5500元。
The Female second: trophy awards and CABRINHA XO 133cm TT-Board, the value of 5500 RMB.
女子第三名：獎盃獎狀和MYSTIC 女款腰鉤一件，價值1850元。
The Female third:trophy awards and Mystic harness ,the value of 1850 RMB.
若比賽日因風力等不可抗原因無法完成比賽，獎品不予發放，並不予補賽。
If the game can not be held on the competition day because of the wind condition，Prizes will not be issued，and no rescheduling.
每項比賽若不足六人報名，則取消該項比賽。
Competition will not be hold if there are no more than 6 competitors in each group.
七、比賽規則 Competition rules：
比賽環境: 斜向岸風，東北風或者北風，正常風力12~28節，水溫16~25度。
State-wind direction: onshore ,North, East/North, wind speed: 12-28knots, water temperature: 16℃-25℃.
根據當日風向，由裁判組現場決定賽段,並在選手會議上公布。
According to the wind direction, the referee group decided to stage the scene, and published in the athletes meeting
參考國際風箏衝浪協會（IKA)比賽規則，賽事組委會和裁判組擁有規則制定及最終決定權。
Reference International Kitesurfing Association (IKA) rules, rules and referee groups have the right to make the final decision.
