The Royal Mail Hotel Meekatharra is looking for an enthusiastic/energetic new team member to join us by the first of February. Are you looking for an all-rounder job while you are in Australia then we may be the right place for you.
We are a remote Outback Motel and Pub in Western Australia, 800km north-east of Perth.
Are you ready to join our friendly, young, international team?
Training is provided but ideally you should have experience in (some of) the following as this is what will be required of you as our new All-Rounder:
- Bar work
- Reception
- Housekeeping
- Kitchenhand
- Cooking Breakfast
- General cleaning and cooking
Fluent English is a must and you need to be flexible, work well as part of a team and be happy with working split shifts. An RSA would be favored but can be obtained before starting work with us.
We offer a minimum of 35h per week, fair award wages and in addition 9.5% compulsory superannuation.
Boarding and Lodging is $100/week inclusive of accommodation (with double bed) as well as ALL meals and free wifi throughout the hotel, and a cozy collegiate working atmosphere

The Commercial Hotel Clermont, Queensland, is on the search for an experienced hospitality lover. Our current backpackers are soon to finish their four-month stint and sadly are on the move

We offer award hourly wages (per HIGA award), accommodation plus a cooked meal per day. Average of 35+ hours per week. Your duties will include bar, kitchen and waitressing responsibilities. All our backpackers have managed to save heaps of $$ whilst here to help fund future travels.
You must be well presented and speak English fluently as phone orders and bar service are part of your everyday routine. You must also hold a current Qld RSA and be prepared to source a QLD RSG upon commencement (easy to do online). Preference will be given to applicants with previous experience in Australia in a similar position and are able to start asap.
Minimum of three-month commitment is required as we enter our busy function season period.
If you are the holder of a 462 visa, hospitality work in this area is second year applicable and over the past twelve months we have successfully helped four backpackers have their visa extensions approved.
