Responsibilities
Provide level one daily support for the ITS Service Desk and conduct problem diagnosis and resolution
Assist in machine upgrade project and desktops / laptops reloading or unpacking
Assist in PC and Telephone setup
Support ad hoc IT projects as required from time to time, both on-site and off-site
Requirements
Diploma’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Available for internship for more than 2 months, 5 days per week
Familiar with Windows 7 and Microsoft Office
Reliable, detailed-oriented, able to work with the team
